Need To Reconfigure A Site

I have a script already like www.wiigle.com the site is up,but will like to modify it with the info you gonna see below for a modeling, actors, photographers, agency,makeup artist etc portfolio
WHAT I NEED:
I need a PHP script of a Modeling Agency/Portfolio type site. Similar to http://www.modelmayhem.com or www.Newfaces.com If you already have a demo, please send it. We may be able to use it/modify it and save you time.
The website script will consist of a User management/profile system where Models, Actors & Photographers can visit the site, sign-up and pay a yearly/monthly fee via PayPal to have a searchable Profile on the site.
Each profile will have a different yearly fee and different profile options (like number of photos allowed to upload & layout template). To start, I need only the following types of profiles:
-Models
-Actors
-Photographers
I will need the ability to later add the following profiles so the system needs an Admin area where I can add new profiles to the system and administer the profile settings (like number of photos allowed to upload & to set different yearly/monthly registration fee):
-Makeup Artists
-Stylists
-Trainers
REGISTRATION/SIGNUP PAGE REQUIREMENTS:
ALL Profiles will require the same Fields to Register. Model/Photographer/Actor/Makeup Artist/Stylist/Trainer information options (ability to add/remove fields later via Admin panel):

TYPES OF PROFILE PAGES & REQUIREMENTS:
Models Profile:
1) Models can sign up (yearly fee paid via PayPal).
2) Models provide basic information to sign up/register.
3) Models can choose between two profile layout/template formats.
3a. Template will be a simple template layout like a MySpace page.
3b. Templates will be same simple template layout as Actors Profile.
4) Models can only upload 4 photos max (Admin sets this permission).
5) Option: Pay additional fee to build 2nd Profile page with 10 Images Upload Max. Fee set in Admin Panel, either One-time, Yearly or Monthly fee.
Actors Profile (basically same as Models):
1) Actors can sign up (yearly fee paid via PayPal).
2) Actors provide basic information to sign up/register.
3) Actors can choose between two profile layout/template formats.
3a. Template will be a simple template layout like a MySpace page.
3b. Templates will be same simple template layout as Models Profile.
4) Actors can only upload 4 photos max (Admin sets this permission).
5) Option: Pay additional fee to build 2nd Profile page with 10 Images Upload Max. Fee set in Admin Panel, either One-time, Yearly or Monthly fee.
Photographer Profile:
1) Photorgaphers can sign up (yearly fee paid via PayPal).
2) Photographers provide basic information to sign up/register.
3) Photographers only get 1 template layout option. No choices here.
3a. Template will be same simple template layout as Makeup Artist & Stylist Profiles.
4) Photographers can only upload 10 photos max (admin sets this permission).
5) Option to pay additional fee to add additoinal photos (up to 20 photos)
Makeup Artist Profile:
1) Makeup Artists can sign up (yearly fee paid via PayPal).
2) Makeup Artists provide basic information to sign up/register.
3) Makeup Artists only get 1 template layout option. No choices here.
3a. Template will be same simple template layout as Photographer & Stylist Profiles.
4) Makeup Artists can only upload 5 photos max (admin sets this permission).
5) Option to pay additional fee to add additoinal photos (up to 20 photos).
Stylist Profile:
1) Stylists can sign up (yearly fee paid via PayPal).
2) Stylists provide basic information to sign up/register.
3) Stylists only get 1 template layout option. No choices here.
3a. Template will be same simple template layout as Photographer & Makeup Artists Profiles.
4) Stylists can only upload 5 photos max(admin sets this permission).
5) Option to pay additional fee to add additoinal photos (up to 20 photos).
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Each of these profiles will be accessible to the public so that these Models, Actors, Photographers can find each other and trade jobs/services.
