I am in need of someone who is familiar with debugging for Internet Explorer. When visiting the homepage of the site in question, a pop-up with an “Operation Aborted” error occurs. Also, there is a Flash video that should be displayed, which isn’t showing up. Finally, there is a problem with the navigation, where the hidden elements are appearing behind the active elements.

If you view the page in Firefox or Safari, you should get an idea of how the elements should look on the homepage. If these issues can be solved in a quick and cost-effective manner, I’d be obliged to hire you on to debug the rest of the site.

We had a site go live in the past few days and have gotten feedback that there’s a good amount of small things that need to be fixed and things that aren’t user friendly. We need someone to go through every single area and feature of the site and find errors and things that do not look good or are not working as they should or not good to the user. Then we need you to give us a detailed document with the problem/error and it’s description and link. The next stage of this project will be to fix the errors and problems. please bid now only for the beta testing stage. We need this done ASAP as the site is already live and advertised.

Administration pages:

Will allow restricted access to certain areas of the site for authoring, editing and removal of site content for teachers, Administration and Webmaster based on their access level.

Parents: View only and comment on posts, signup for newsletters, donate or volunteer for room parent projects.

Teachers: Author, upload docs, pics etc., send newsletters, manage calendar etc for their class only.

Administration: Author, edit and manage all pages from the front end. Point of approval for anything posted outside the classroom and the ability to change or remove anything within the classroom. Control all mailing lists, post to the frontpage of the site, add to lunch and primary calendars etc.

Registration and User Management pages:
Allow the users to signup and manage their information.

I will purchase and provide any needed components/extensions required to complete the project.

I would like to create a Penny Auction website/software like BIDFUN.COM, HAGGLE.COM OR SWOOPO.COM

I would like and prefer the layout to be identical to “BIDFUN.COM” with a Las Vegas style look and feel, Complete with CMS (Content Management System) and checkout. I will need exclusive access to manage the site, change colors and graphics and layouts and add photos and downloads at my discretion. It needs to have a secure platform for members to register so their information is secure an safe. Only interested in USA members at this time. It must be able to incorporate a google shoping cart or a paypal shoping cart or somthing very simular.

I “MAY” also like it to have some of the following additional features…

1. Single bidders are to be kept separate from Auto Bidders. Single bidders will compete only with single bidders, and Auto bidders will only compete with auto bidders. Example only: We will list two of the same item for sale, one for single bidders and one for auto bidders so that both types of bidders will have the same opportunity to bid on the same item.

2. I would also like a “BUY IT NOW” Store where people can browse, and can use the same shopping cart checkout for their purchases that all winning bidders use.

3. I would also like a “PRIVATE LISTINGS” section to be created, so that our REGISTERED USERS are able to list their own merchandise for sale in exactly the same way the auction site owners list their merchandise. All private listing users will be charged a nominal amount to post their merchandise.

For security purposes, all funds generated from private listings, must be first processed, received and held by the auction site until the purchaser of the privately listed merchandise receives their purchase. Once the sale is finalized then the auction will distribute the funds from the sale to the seller.

1. I need to rearrange address fields on my registration page. First address set should be shipping address (labeled “delivery” address). I need the checkbox under this to be modified to read “Use a different billing address” so that when checked, billing address fields show on page. If box is not checked, delivery address should automatically be used as billing address.

2. I have a custom printable report in admin side. This report currently queries the date that an order was placed on for data. I need it to also be able to query that date that my customers have chosen for delivery. I also need the columns of this printed report rearranged and one custom field added to the report.

Your main job would be replacing all of the default texts, images and links with ours and changing the layout of pages to accommodate our content, if needed.
We will give some basic info on our company, services we do, projects we’ve done and are working on etc. We will give you only basic infos and your job will be to create enough content to fill out all pages on the website.

It is important to keep everything nice, clean and good looking like on the demo template.
You will need to know flash because you will be inserting the content to the website and also changing the layout structure because for example i will want google maps screenshot showing our location on the contact page.

You also need to to insert our logo into the design.
