The scope of this project involves building a complete online order management application The system is a hub for customers to place orders, the order to be distributed to various vendors, who will then accept the order, perform the service, upload the document (finished order) and transmit the completed order to the customer with minimal administration by the owner (us) of the website.

Some orders will be paid via a credit card on file, others with credit card at time of order, and others on account will be invoiced to the customer.

Key areas are:
1. Ease of use
2. Time triggers as all orders are time sensitive
3. Auto notifications of late orders.
4. Order exception handling
5. Automatic distribution of order to groups of vendors in the geographical area of the service to be performed.
6. System to rate vendors by timely delivery and lack of complaints (user rating system plus delivery time rating).
7. Job “calender” showing customers and vendors order placed and when they are due.
8. Upload of finished orders by vendors and distribution to the order placer (lender).
9. Finally, the application should be created with the ability to brand it and set up a quick subdomain and run a copy for another company to manage their orders seperate from us.

The BEST way to get an idea of the job is to view an external site that we currently use to perform this service. The site is deficient and we know exactly what we need to improve in our version.

The “example site” does not have payment features, it lacks customizable email responders and triggers. It has no rating system and has no order distribution system. However, looking at it will give you a good idea of the scope of the project. It DOES show jobs on a job calendar with is a good feature.

I would like a script that help site visitors create closets, customize them, save, modify and buy online. Administrators can access those designs, print, copy or modify them.
PHP with JS preferred but I’m ok with a good Flash as well as long as we can customize all the parameters with PHP/MySQL.

All parameters will be managed through a MySQL database. The backend can be very basic but we need flexibility.

Each element will have limits (min and max dimensions, etc) and criterias (color, texture, price or price/cm or price/cm2)

Payment system is NOT included in this project. The output should be a list of all elements with dimensions, images of the sides/top/front/each panel, user information and total price. XML is fine. Data will also be saved in database. PDF generation of the detailed quote.
That output will be used to generate invoice and purchase order. It can also be saved and modified.

All images need to be free of right or purchased.

If you can make it a lot different, or maybe better than the example I gave you that’s even nicer.

Make it a Joomla component if you can 🙂

We need to develop a simple VB.NET program that uses an Epson TM-T70 mini thermal printer to print a shop ticket with a logo, a text, and a barcode.

The code to be develop must:
1. use the VB.NET OPOS ADK DRIVER for the Epson TM-T70 mini thermal printer, which allows the control of the printer through a VB.NET program
2. accept an input of a logo, text and a standard EAN128 barcode code.
3. print the logo, text, and barcode image generated from the barcode code.

The deliverables must include the way to call the developed program from PHP.

A sample ticket is attached.

I have a small plugin written in php for wordpress.

the plugin searches for related blogs by TAGS (found from yahoo api) and places the related blog links in the posts i make.

I need you to:

1) Switch the method from tags to ‘TITLE of my post’ for related blogs. i want more relevance as tags pull unrelated blogs. (you will have to disable the pulling tags from yahoo function.)

2) make sure there aren’t the authors websites being injected into my pages like the ‘pingback’ plugin (which this is based on) does.

note – u should know wordpress as this has setting that can be altered in wpadmin.

Details:

I would like a first script to receive the IPN info. Based on the product, I would like it to be directed to a second script, so this can be used for membership subscriptions of 1 site or trigger a purchase from another site.
Then the second part would take the script and assign access to a site for a period of time, rebill automatically and add / delete access.
For the second part of the order process. I would like the following information saved in MySQL and displayed for my viewing in a secured area.
They use a shopping cart system, which I don’t know if we can tap in to this but I’m hoping that if I can project the product number, based on the wording of the product/title on IPN it can auto fill this information and use a “form” or “send” command with the details from the IPN to fulfil the order.
Attached are 2 source codes copied from the page prior to sending the order to dhgate and the page before that. You can probably use the form/fields from this to achieve the goal.
I would like all the items stored in MySQL for viewing quantity sold based on product and seller as some sellers may be used for the same product although they will have diffferent product and seller numbers.
Then every 3rd product sold, should trigger an email to me to state something like, time to relist this item with the information from the item.
This is basically the script.
