This should be is an easy project for a PHP Scraping expert

Summary: I need a PHP script that can go to Google, Yahoo, Alexa.com, search and scrape data, then this project should be fairly easy for you to do quickly. You need to know mysql and how to create cron jobs as well.

While I have placed the general specs below to give you an idea of the script, please talk to me message board before bidding.

General Specs:

1. User enters Website into search box.
2. Software searches Google for related websites to #1.
3. Software finds sites linking to URLs found in #2 using Google and Yahoo
4. Software searches Alexa Page Rank for URLs from #3.
5. Software searches web history of URLS from #3.
6. Software searches html code of websites from #3 for keywords specified by me

7. Software creates a HTML spreadsheet report from the above, and saves it to a specific folder

8. Mysql database (there’s no need store the data above in the mysql database, the database is merely used to keep track of the HTML reports that are created and put a timestamp of when each report is created.

9. Cron jobs created to remove HTML reports every ___ days. (specified on control panel)

10. There will be an admin control panel that controls basic things like cron jobs, keywords, just the basic stuff.

11. Each report will need to be tied to a user ID in the mysql database, so that the user can see their reports and download them at a later time.

Magento: Minimum Qty In Cart
I have a Magento installation that I need customised so that a visitor cannot checkout unless thay have a minimum quantity of 12 items (bottles of wine) in their cart. This quantity can be any number of different bottles of wine, red, white etc…

Ideally and if possible I want this only to apply to one category (wine) so that other products are purchased the 12 bottle minimum will not apply.

This is a start of a long term relationship since this is a website for a business and need adjustments and improvements all the time. Important is that you will work next day on it.

4 years of PHP experience and SQL database (for next projects) is a pre.

Initial project is $100 if finished in 5 days after accepting.

Once above action point are finished I pay $10 per hr but you need to be able to work next day on it.

I’m looking for the right developer for whom this should be a simple install, and I expect the site to be ready to run when project is delivered.

***Important***
The website will be in Arabic language, so the DEFAULT interface language setting should be switched to “Arabic” [“language” button on top right corner of their website”]
and that’s it, No fancy customizations, no CSS tweaks, just a fresh install of the same fully running script.

I’m not a web developer in the least.
Please Look at the code and see if an experienced web designer with some knowledge of HTML, PHP and CSS (myself) can run this script and at least be able to add, edit and delete categories, mark comments as SPAM, tweak the CSS a little on his own. I assume they have an admin or control panel in the back end, right? Please let me know, otherwise I’m afraid I cannot use it.
