Php Search Engine Scraping

This should be is an easy project for a PHP Scraping expert
Summary: I need a PHP script that can go to Google, Yahoo, Alexa.com, search and scrape data, then this project should be fairly easy for you to do quickly. You need to know mysql and how to create cron jobs as well.

Turnaround time: I need someone who can create this quickly, so please bid only if you have the time to focus on the project.

While I have placed the general specs below to give you an idea of the script, please talk to me message board before bidding.
General Specs:
1. User enters Website into search box.
2. Software searches Google for related websites to #1.
3. Software finds sites linking to URLs found in #2 using Google and Yahoo
4. Software searches Alexa Page Rank for URLs from #3.
5. Software searches web history of URLS from #3.
6. Software searches html code of websites from #3 for keywords specified by me
7. Software creates a HTML spreadsheet report from the above, and saves it to a specific folder
8. Mysql database (there’s no need store the data above in the mysql database, the database is merely used to keep track of the HTML reports that are created and put a timestamp of when each report is created.
9. Cron jobs created to remove HTML reports every ___ days. (specified on control panel)
10. There will be an admin control panel that controls basic things like cron jobs, keywords, just the basic stuff.
11. Each report will need to be tied to a user ID in the mysql database, so that the user can see their reports and download them at a later time.
