Irealty Timeshare Mod
Modify iRealty to list 8 different types of listings. Modify website pages and searches to include the 8 different listing types.

Classified Listings Script
First and foremost you will need to be good with php/mysql and ajax for this project since we need it.Anyway, I need a directory listing type of website which will allow users to list their items for sale on my website.Something like craigslist but a bit different.

The user will be able to create a simple account and upload their picture and they will have a unique url like www.mysite.com/123324324

I do not want spammers to be able to harvest peoples email addresses and phone numbers from my website so all email address and phon numbers provided by a user should appear in the form on an image on his page so u7sers can only see it but can’t copy or extract it.

After creating the site we will integrate it with 1shoppingcart.com system to charge users before they can have their account activated.

Once a users account is activated, he can login and add as many items to the website as he wants.From his admin area he should be able to edit, or delete past added items.

On the main site, we will need to have all items added by users to show up under categories and based on dates.People should also be able to search for items listed from the main website.

ROOT DIRECTORIES :

For promotional use, i will like to be able to create directories example www.mysite.com/cars and i can direct users who are trying to their car to this page.ANd from this page they can register and activate their account and their info will be added to the system as if they actually registered from the main site at www.mysite.com .Here is the catch, i want to be able to have custom index.php templates for all these promotional directories i create.So example if i create a directory www.mysite.com/boats i should be able to customize the index.php of this directory with a template that has boats pictures.So each directory i create will have its custom look.However after creating an account or login in from this directory he sees the same admin area like anyone else regardless of which directory they registered from.

CREATING DIRECTORIES.

As the main system administrator, i should be able to create this new directories from the admin area.All this directories created will be using the same backend engine so example if i create a directory today and we upgrade the system in the future , i should not have to update all directories and they should reflect the new update (very important)

SYSTEM ADMIN AREA.

There should be a system wide admin area for me to see statistics and also change settings and other important stuffs.

Worpdress Programmer
This project is about 4 wordpress based websites. The designs are all ready. The details of each wordpress site will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Paste Graphics And Same Codes
I have a 800 by 600 pixels coded social networking site, and since most PCs resolution is 1000 by 600 pixels these days, I am encountering about 200 by 600 pixels blank empty space on my site for the pages.

Having selected 10 pages, I need to find a programmer to repetitively paste the same 3 graphics and a same chunk of flash codes to this blank, empty area, to better fill this empty space. I will inform you the url to insert hyperlink to these graphics.

Note: My social networking site is php coded but runs on the open-source smarty file system, so programmers should know how to handle smarty, ie “.tpl” files, well when you bid.

One Page Website – Build Today

Webcam Image Grabber
I need the images on my webcam site to be a screenshot of the actual cam that is running. You can view the site at http://www.electricams.com Right now, the image for an online cam is a pic uploaded by the user. I need it to be a capture from the users cam that refreshes itself periodically. I have already posted this, but the programmer had problems. WordPress Shopping Cart Plugin
I am looking for someone to write a shopping cart plugin for wordpress that functions like the cart at the following link. It does not need to have the cropping feature, but all other features and quality of design should be present. http://bit.ly/cgQOa9

It should be a plugin that can be added to any wordpress blog that is running with the PhotoQ plugin installed. Anyone using PhotoQ should be able to use the new plugin to sell their images via paypal.

The plugin settings section should allow the user to enter their paypal email address along with desired currency. It will then allow the user to set as many print options they like. For example:

Then, when you use the PhotoQ to upload images there will be a set of check boxes to apply the print option to the images. It should also let you click on options as defaults for an entire batch when using the batch mode for uploading. The images are also listed in WordPress as posts and the prices that exist should be editable in the Post-Edit mode… almost like adding new categories in a check box format.

The default setting, should the user not want to sell that image, should output: “This Print Is Not Currently Available”. I will provide all of the plugins and template that I use on my site and a developer area if needed. The template should be coded to work with the new plugin when it is installed and activated. If the plugin is not active, the template should continue to function perfectly as well. This is to be accomplished by some sort of (If function present…code.)

When they are done shoppnig, they can click a “Check Out” button and they will be taken through the cart process like the demo site. They will add their address shiiping info etc before being taken to the paypal interface which will list the images they selected. The paypal interface will show the imageID along with Title and Print option. They will enter their credit card info at the Paypal interface. This information will be sent to the plugin user, who is the seller, so they know which items were ordered and can send the visitor their order.

I have tried to include a lot of detail to make the project clear.

Aggregator Or Manual Posting
We need listings on our clsassifieds site. We require either a script, a cron job, (or a person to post manually) to search for listings on other sites based on a keyword and then aggregate those listings on our website.

This will be slow and consistent to give the appearance of generic growth. You or your script will create one or two or three ads per day for 30 days. (30 ads minimum, 90 ads maximum) If your work is quality, this will be ongoing work that will grow in scope and intensity.

Summary:
Perform a search based on keyword and other criteria and find something that is for sale or wanted.
Store the item description and at least one image of the actual item.
Rename the image to be search friendly using dashes between the descriptive words of the image name.
At our site you will create one to three listings each day over a 30 day period using a simple process.

Requirements:
1.) Search various clsassifieds site, or other site, and find a listing for “soler panel” for example.
2.) The item that you post for sale must have an actual email address by which the seller can be contacted. A relayed email address such as saleATsite.com is not acceptable. Upon creation of the ad at our site an email will go out automatically to the seller.
3.) You must be consistent. I do NOT want more than two days to lapse between ad postings. I don’t want 13 ads on one day and then zero ads for the next several days and then 20 ads the last day.
4.) We will verify each item that you post that:
a) it is really an item for sale.
b) the description, price (if there is a price), and location are correct.
c) the email address that you have used to post the item actually belongs to the seller.
d) the ad that you have created contains an actual photo of the actual item that is for sale and not some generic image that you found at photobucket or picasa.
e) there must be a known location where the item for sale is and that must be posted into the ad so that the potential buyer knows where the good is located.
5.) Payment will be at the end of the 30 day period, after 30+ verified ads placed. Payment may be placed in escrow at your request.

WordPress Affiliate Plugin
I need a plugin written for wordpress. That will basically be a clone of buildablogstore.com’s plugin. I am looking for the ability to have the plugin already installed in wp-content/plugins folder with in the latest version of wordpress. I would like the splash screen to be the ftp uploader that will auto upload to site with proper ftp usename and password in place. I would like to have the ability to auto install wordpress and plugin Like fantastico allows you to install with one click.

I have a set budget in mind to get this done which should not be to hard if one understands the above mentioned plugin and php coding.

Website With Members Area
We are looking for a website that contains the main site a blog and members area.

1. The main website should be more of a cms as we are going to have many pages so we will require something that will will make creating dynamic sites simple. A cms like joomla would be acceptable. The main section should include a contact page.

2. We will need a blog that is integrated into this, so that users can easily navigate to the blog and read the posts and such something like word-press would be acceptable.

3. We need a members area that is customizable for each member. So if we want to leave a member a message or allow them access to code snippets then we can. We should be able to control each membership account independently.
The members area should also allow for general dynamic pages for faq and support.

4. We will need to be able able to issue issue seals to different members based on our criteria. When a seal on their site is clicked a pop-up should show, not send them to our site. The pop-up should be easily customizable for each member as we see fit. The popup should also work if java is disabled in a browser.

5. We will need a shopping cart added to the main site for purchasing of seals.

6. We will need a custom template that brings all of the above together. The template should be attractive, professional and easy to navigate and understand.

When all is done it should be quick with no hanging or system resource problems.

All of the things listed above should be integrated into one control panel and work smoothly together. The idea is to make operating the site simple and as pain free as possible.

Most of this project will be integrating one open-source script with another so the work should be fairly simple. The hardest parts will be the members area and the seals. But you may feel free to use scripts you know will work for this.

Geocoding Convert Cronjob
I am looking for a coder that can convert our working cronjob geocoding code into a plugin to work with our data and that can be ran by the admin calling up a .php file in the browser URL Command line

The above cronjob now runs every hour and does about 500-600 per day, Goggle has a daily limit of 15,000 per day.

So I need to be able to run the GeoCoding PHP file and have it check the last time it ran, if less then 24 hours then message will reply back as to the next time it can be ran (i.e., Next GeoCoding process runtime in: = x hours, x minutes, x seconds).

If more then 24 hours then it will run the daily geocoding to get the longitude and latitudes data, it will then run and process up to a maximum of 14,987 addresses from within the DB (just under the Goggle 15,000 daily (to be safe!).
