Webcam Image Grabber
I need the images on my webcam site to be a screenshot of the actual cam that is running. You can view the site at http://www.electricams.com Right now, the image for an online cam is a pic uploaded by the user. I need it to be a capture from the users cam that refreshes itself periodically. I have already posted this, but the programmer had problems. Please only bid if you can complete the project in a timely manner.
