Fix Error

When I log into my site’s admin panel and I try sending newsletter to all my members inbox I get this error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /home/public_html/classes/mysql.php on line 90.

Also, I get quite a few e-mails stating that members are not receiving letters in their inbox, could you please verify the code and double check to make sure that when I click “Send Advertisement” from the admin panel that every single inbox receives the newsletter?

We require a reliable programmer to complete the following tasks:

• Implement a MySQL database to capture newsletter sign-ups including fields for full name, email address, as well as IP address, browser and any other relevant details.
• Implement a front-end form to insert data into database, create a landing page from established site template to say ‘thanks’ for the sign-up (should compare against existing database to ensure no duplicates).
• Email an automatic email to the user thanking them for the sign-up (copy will be provided).
• Create a simple admin link which exports all sign ups in a ‘MailChimp’ friendly format (such as an Excel spreadsheet, CSV, etc.) This should export the Name and Email details only.
• Upon export, mark all exported subscribers as ‘inactive’ but keep details in database. Future exports should only export new sign-ups.
• Complete an additional ‘form-to-mail’ contact script on a separate page with CAPTCHA security.

There is no need for an opt-in confirmation to be sent to the new sign-ups, just an auto thank-you note. Site details can be provided on request.

I need the upload script to:
1- Verify that the image is jpeg, jpg, gif, or png or convert image to jpg.
2- get image and resize it to about 300 pixels in width.
3- change file name to a random number about 7 digits long.
4- save it to a directory called uploads.
5- save the new image name to a mysql table(I know how to do this).
My server has the correct cmod permission.

Now I know that there are a thousands scripts out there that does this, I want one that works. I am not willing to pay alot for this, since most of you will simply search the web for a script and try to sell it to me. You are not fooling anyone. These are my terms.

SocialWebCMS (http://socialwebcms.com) is a fork of Pligg, CMS for Digg-style social news sites.

The goal of this project is to produce a modified new version of the “video module” for SocialWebCMS.

The module uses JQuery / Thickbox to integrate videos from youtube and other services into the stories posted to the SWCMS site. A thumbnail of the video is displayed in the story, and a click on the thumb opens a transparent Thickbox layer with the video.

We need to modify the video module so that the video_plus.php page includes not only the video, but also a title, an extract from the article description, a link to the vote and the bury functions, and a couple of adsense banners (using the revenue sharing module) above and below the video.

The title and text are needed because in this way the video_plus.php?id=XYZ pages could be indexed by spiders, so that contextual advertising is possible.

An example of a modified video module, similar to what we want to achieve, can be see in use at http://tipd.com/category/Videos. More than this, we also need an excerpt of the story and a couple of banners below and above the video.

The issue when logged in, it displays fine. When logged out, has messed up display. Has to do with my login handler, should take 5 mins to fix.
