I need a 6-page website broken out into code from PSD files. The website needs to include the following:

The website must be designed with CSS and be w3c complaint and cross browser compatible as well.

The navigation menu will have a mouse-over button change effect and must be set to link to all six pages.

Also a contact form will be needed on the contact us page with up to 25 fields with validation and capatcha code.

The Flash header will be a simple fade out to fade in effect going from left to right on the header banner with XML file for image and text change configuration per slide.

The Menu and Private Parties pages will have this XML Accordion file (http://activeden.net/item/xml-accordion/36743) on each page with a right-side panel for images and description. FILE WILL BE PROVIDED.

I need a script that uses input from users to create a database of information and than uses the info to create statistics and bar graphs.

It will be a multi user script.
the user name and passwords will be assigned by the admin.
The admin is able to see and print all the data and statistics and graphs.

The questionaire that users will fill out will be “fill in” and “check mark” and “yes and no”

I should be able to print the questionaire and use it in a paper form for training or just to use and than after transfer to the site.

The script will compile the data and generate graphs and statistics for all fields in the questionaire at admins will.

There will be around 20 questions. Mostly check mark with a few fill in the blank like first name, last name, city phone number, year, make, model, stock number and also Yes and No answers

We’re requiring a small quote system in PHP/Ajax built the same as http://www.mainfreightprecision.co.nz/Estimate.aspx.

Step 1.
This would have a simple backend where we could enter tabular data of locations, areas, and pricing values – this is all part of a spreadsheet we can provide for you also.

Users would enter the fields as per the above link and this would then make a calculation from the data in the backend tables, provide a total, and the user can then either have the quote emailed to them or creates a total they can pay (read next part).

The admin section needs to allow adding of more companies (i.e. the link above shows you only one company – “mainfreight”) where their tabular data can be inputted into fields also. The main input data covers off:

– weight, dimensions, pick up location, drop off location

Step 2.
Once this step is created and working, we’d look to having the total value create a product in Drupal/Ubercart. This then allows the E-Commerce of Drupal/Ubercart to handle the payment facilities. Should be easy as it’s using Drupal’s built in code functions.

If you think Step 2 can be done without needing to use Drupal (you have another cart or shopping part you know can bolt on to your work in Step 1) then please let us know from your experiences.

Turnaround would be within 2 weeks and we’d like to see regular updates from the developer who takes this on. We will set up a project for you inside our Project Management Tool so you can always contact us through this – nice and easy.

All fields etc need to be coded ready for CSS (using divs, classes etc) for ease of styling.

I have a YouTube clone site now however I need two things.
1) A water mark for my player
2) A YouTube player to play on the videos we embed from YouTube.

YouTube embeds into my site plays using my current player and not the YouTube player. Embedding YouTube videos without using the YouTube player is considered a violation according to YouTube terms of use and will eventually get my site banned permanently by YouTube. I currently have the feature to embed videos I just need their player to play them on for those videos. Also I would need to leave my current player as it is.

The urls must be SEO friendly like our current urls are. You can use some type of array logic I am thinking like domain.com/page.php?filter=12,34,34. This will allow the script to support an unlimited level of filtering.

Our system provides a way to classify PRODUCTS/ITEMS with an option called ITEM TRACKING. It uses three tables to create item tracking.

They are: TRACKING_CATEGORIES, TRACK_GRP, AND TRCK_CHOI.

If you are writing articles, I’d prefer to have it with as much personality as humanly possible.

-Stories and personal experiences (people you’ve met, best shots, etc…)
-Mistakes you’ve seen in golf magazines.
-Pretty much anything you’d like.

For videos:

-It could be a 60 to 90 minute instruction on the topic of your choosing.
-It could taking a written article and putting it into 5 to 10-minute video form.
-Take a manual and go chapter by chapter.

It’s an opportunity to “let your hair down” and let your personality shine. Like I said, I’m looking for entertaining content.

We need to be able to securely provide passwords to our clients. The idea is to have a very simple system with front-end and back-end:

back-end:
– Admin login (or can be protected by .htaccess)
– Required Field for email address
– Required Field for password
– Optional Field for Name.
– Submit/Reset button
– Report menu indicating whether a user viewed the password or not

front-end:
– The User receives an email asking them to visit a secure URL (defined by the application) to view their password

Security Requirements:
– Admin should not be able to email more than one person at a time
– Password must be deleted immediately after the user views it
– Password must be deleted after 48 hrs if no user views it
– The URL to view the password must not be guessable by human/machine.
– The password should NOT be stored anywhere at all once the user views it.
– The system should work on PHP4/PHP5 either with or without mySQL (prefer without mySQL).
– The system should be able to sanitize inputs/outputs against injection attacks.
– No sensitive information should be leaked in anyway or shape.

Optional: Contribute the script to the open-source community.
