Fix and create installation of script to work in joomla. Make sure it works in current templates

So these items would not be visible to customers/users but available to support side.

Programmer needs to understand there are a few other errors not listed, here, so I want the understanding that any errors I find during the job, must be fixed as part of this project.

I run a torrent website and I am currently adding a video section to the site.

I would like to make the torrent section look like the video and first start off with the header/footer. Only one file needs to be edited to change the header/footer but requires some one with php skill.

I have included a file with before after.

Please note there is code in place that won’t show certain links unless logged in or admin level I will need this in place. Including the Upload button.

Other notes:

The search box in the new header will need the search box for the torrents. The drop down box should contain the categories.

this project is quite simple.

i have a php code >> the function is to get and show categories list on a simple DIV from the db and when clicked on each category the subcategories must apear as links just below each category, while showing on the right the items in that category or particular category.

I had these 30 lines of code working fine until mysql version changed on the server.
i think it’s just a compatibility issue here, so really it should be a simple and quick job for any php / mysql coder.

I will provide you with the part of the code / the DB structure and any other info you may need. No access to hosting or db should be needed to keep it simple.
