The following website is exactly what I want in terms of functionality:

I need the back-end management of the site to be simple and user friendly. I would like the ability to log-in remotely and put up and take down property listings as I see fit. That would include the descriptions, pictures, videos, etc. Just as http://bit.ly/bJv5Ta has. This would allow us to add new listings on the fly.

In terms of design, there will be some minor changes in colour and elements on webiste.
PDF print functionality on website would be needed as seen here:

Some elements like:
– zip code
– bedrooms
– bathrooms etc

as seen here [ http://i41.tinypic.com/euk3er.jpg ] are not content itmes but unique items for sorting purpose. i.e. they need to be fixed fields in admin panel for each property item.

This is a PHP5 script to be made.

Overall Idea:

My website will have a questionaire. A person can go through the questionaire answering questions. Eventually the questionaire will be done and some advice will be shown to the user. The advice would be taylored specifically to what the person had answered in the questionaire.

The questions and answers are on what looks like a “card”. The questions and answers the person answered are shown in a downward file, much like a cards in a stack. This makes it easier for a person to go back into the “stack of cards” and
change a previous question’s answer and continue off on another path of different questions and answers.

Purpose:

The purpose of having this script made is to have a unique and flexible new way to answer (many) questions on my site that may branch out to even more specific questions based on what answers are chosen. I will continuously update this sequence of
questions and answers and so I need a quick and easy way of managing the structures and all updating involved.

Other Requirements:
– This PHP script should consist of at least 3 main pages; Admin Panel, Main, Results.
– This is a PHP script written in the most reletively recent version of PHP5.
– This PHP script will need to be 100% compatable with the wordpress plugin “exec-php”. It allows PHP scripts to be shown in Word Press.
– This PHP script will need to be able to be executed on its own, or can be included into a page.
– This script contains a TreeList looking box in the admin panel. I intend to use TreeView from www.treeview.net . It uses Javascript and will help display the TreeList.
You can develop using the free version, though I plan to purchase the full version when a working version of this script is done. Any other suggestions welcome.
– This PHP MUST BE WELL COMMENTED so that I can loosely tell what the functions, statements, and anything unusual does. The idea should be so that a novince can look at the bodies of code and tell what it will be doing.
– MySQL can by used if it makes it easier and more practical for some features, otherwise it doesn’t matter.

If you know of any scripts that already do similar please let me know. Any good ideas or improvements to this project, let me know.

I need someone to provide me with the code necessary to make a order form pre populate the city and state based upon the zip code the user entered…

Basically the user will enter the zip code, then the city and state fields will automatically fill in with the correct info that it pulls in based upon the zip code…

See this site for a example of this in action (you will need to put a item in your cart, then proceed to checkout. When you enter your zip, notice how the city/state pre populate)

That is just an example so that you get a idea of what I am talking about. My form has separate fields for city and state. I need the data to fill in accordingly. You can view my order form here:

then end up on the order form, notice how the field data requested above prepops on the order page? All I need is to get the city and state to pre pop based off of the zipcode that appears…

If you have done similar type work please provide an example. If you have never done this before but are sure that you can, please put together a demo form to demonstrate. If you go the extra step and show me a working example you will be picked – the first person that can provide a working dummy form that does the above WILL BE PICKED AS WINNER. I paid someone to do this already who assured me he could do it, and it’s still not done, which is why I prefer to have someone with proof….

I will require full written instruction on how the script works/installation instructions so that I can add this to additional forms that I may create down the road.

The winner must have skype – that is a must. I prefer to use Skype to chat as I am overseas. I pay quickly and leave amazing feedback.

1. Add a custom user role type called “Wholesaler” with the same permission levels as “Subscriber”

2. When adding a product under the menu SHOP>PRODUCTS there is currently one field for PRICE and a SECOND for SALE PRICE. Add a third field for WHOLESALE PRICE

3. Adjust price in cart: If a web visitor adds an item to their cart, the PRICE and SALE PRICE will display as they currently do. However if the web visitor logs in, and is a member of the “Wholesaler” group (in step 1) the price in their cart will automatically adjust to display wholesaler price (from step 2) and not the PRICE OR SALE PRICE

We have a basic idea of a new social network site that we want to build and need your help to take the attached concept and build it out to an actual page design which is very very limited on graphics but emphasizes the functionalities.

we are trying to combine concepts of:
facebook’s Live Feed and social idea
LinkedIn career focus
Craigslist.com’s Housing and Jobs Market focus

the excel sheet attached has the following 2 tabs for now that only servers as a draft to show the idea:

– Actual Profile Page and
– Market Place Overview

1) Profile Page – this is more or less what the profile page of the person will look like

2) you will find the 4 elements of the website’s Market Place to appear again and again, which are

a) Jobs
b) Housing
c) Products
d) Events

3) this site will allow the users to post things like jobs, products they want to sell or looking to buy, apartment they want to rent or lease and invite the public or friends to events such as Trade Shows or a simple Birthday Party or Restaurant Grand Opening.

4) also note on the right side of the profile page that there will be automated 3rd party feeds that will show based on the current profile user’s current location (such as Local Events, News, Weather and Housing Market).

So if my profile is based in New York but I browse other peoples profiles page who lets say is based in Paris, then all the information that I see on the right side and Market Place Activity Feed should be based on Paris (the location of the profile that I am viewing, not my own location).

your task is to place yourself into the user and create additional pages that are related to this concept (e.g. the page the user will see when they click on an actual product link from the feed or actual job listing from the feeds found in the profile of a user)

so, by me just clicking on peoples profiles from around the world will show me right away what is currently going on in that location in terms of JOBS, HOUSING, PRODUCTS, EVENT which together they are known as MARKET PLACE and also 3rd party infos like Weather, Local News.

this task is not about coding or anything now. we ask you to design the wire frames (which is a very limited graphic version of the 2 pages and other pages that will be relevant based on the overall idea)
