1. We want the site to have the same look and feel like www.inc.com, i.e. Links and sublinks

2. The site has to have an integrated Community, which should be the same as http://econnect.entrepreneur.com/

3. Make sure that you use some of the latest technology available on the web.

3. We should be able from our side to run the website once it is completed. Which means, add articles,
add and suspend users,
add links and sublinks
So the admin section should be clean cut without any bugs whatsover.

4. Because users have to register, we will need a database too

This is our payment option:

We pay 1/3 of the budget after you complete the first part of the work.
We pay another 1/3 of the budget after you complete the second part of the work
We pay the last 1/3, when the work is completed.

Please read carefully these specs before applying. I would not make initial payment until 1/3 of the project is complete. I pay via paypal.

The script should also save all created codes to a database. The database should not just be a dump like file1111 it should be very specific with folders and specific attributes. – Make blog posts page, look and do exactly as my post a project page, I can provide demo login.
– I want to allow users to bookmark their favorite posts and authors, this will be seen inside their own control panel. The should be able to click on a link and view the authors profile page or listing/posting that they posted. They also must be able to delete that from their favorites.
– I want to allow registered users, to contact other registered users, so when viewing a users profile under their name, I want to add a “Contact this author”, with a generic form (email hidden).

I need someone to go through the website and copy and then rewrite the content on each internal page of the website by either reorganizing it or changing the wording so it does not look like it is exactly copied. I do not need the home page copied but most of the rest of the pages. For the links that are text links in the middle of the content you can create a link in them so it links the rest of the pages together in a similar way. This would make it easier to upload the content of the pages when done.
