Web Designer Needed
However the site is for a french speaking country. You do not need to speak French However. All I need is to design the website as per description and we will take care of the rest.
1. We want the site to have the same look and feel like www.inc.com, i.e. Links and sublinks
2. The site has to have an integrated Community, which should be the same as http://econnect.entrepreneur.com/
3. Make sure that you use some of the latest technology available on the web.
3. We should be able from our side to run the website once it is completed. Which means, add articles,
add and suspend users,
add links and sublinks
So the admin section should be clean cut without any bugs whatsover.
4. Because users have to register, we will need a database too
This is our payment option:
We pay 1/3 of the budget after you complete the first part of the work.
We pay another 1/3 of the budget after you complete the second part of the work
We pay the last 1/3, when the work is completed.
Please read carefully these specs before applying. I would not make initial payment until 1/3 of the project is complete. I pay via paypal.
This is a very important project and you should tell me how long it will take to complete.
