Need a Business Directory Script Modified for my type of business/niche. Niche shared via message board.

Main Page will include Search and Advance Search (including closest to zip code) as well as North America States and Territories.
Each Business Listing needs to have the ability to list services which will have a Service Title and Description.
In addition to the Business listings.. these services should be searchable from the main, state, and city page.
Also, main page should list newest business listings added and newest services added.

Script will include page per State/Territory page that lists cities/territories and
then cities/territories page that lists businesses by closest to zip code, pushing
super-premium and premium listings higher than standard free listings.

The ability to import business listings via excel spreadsheet.

The ability for business owners to claim their listing.

SEO: Ability to change all titles for each page, meta info, and have fully controllable friendly urls (htaccess or some other manner).
Business Admin Panel: Where business owners can edit/change their listing.
Super Admin Panel: Where I can control entire site with ease

Prefer Php and mysql Database.

Script to be uploaded to my Godaddy Server. Will purchase linux or Windows once I know requirements of script.

Script should be quick and be able to handle 10000 business listings with ease.

Payments page should have ability to purchase Premium and Super-Premium listings. Have Promo Code Feature. Have ability to purchase monthly quarterly, semi-annually, and annually and for me to set discounted prices for extended time limits beyond a month. Payments/Recurring Payments via Paypal integrated in to script.

Website layout, design should be cosmetically pleasing to the eye and incorporate images that are related to my niche.

I do not want stolen scripts, images, or anything on the site. Once completed, I have full ownership and rights to website and modified script.

Essentially it will grab pics from other sites and aggregate to pages. Then it should allow commenting, etc. We may be able to integrate with wordpress.

Aps Standard Controller In Php
We require a PHP-based generic implementation of the Application Packaging Standard “Controller” specification, as described at:

APS Standard is a standardized format for packaging web-based software, used by many companies to offer popular web based applications to their customers. We wish to integrate APS Standard packages into our own custom offerings, and as such we need a “Controller” implementation to handle package management.

The Controller software is responsible for maintaining a simple repository of available software installs, including adding software (in APS standard package format .app.zip files) to make it available to be installed. Software that has been added to the repository should be able to be installed (“provisioned”), including any custom settings (such as database username and password) as required by the APS Standard-format software package. Additionally, the controller should be able to handle reconfiguring installed APS Standard package instances, as well as updating and removing application instances.

Basically, we need every function listed in the Controller development guide:

to be implemented in PHP so that we can comply with the APS Standard guidelines. This is not going to be a small task — the Controller specification requires that the software be able to handle a variety of relatively complex tasks. Please note that we are not interested in packaging software into APS Standard format — that is easy to do. We actually need you to build the software that can take an APS Standard package, and then install multiple copies of it into different locations with different settings, keep those installs updated, and remove them as needed.

To complete this task, you will need to provide PHP source code that we can run on any standard Linux + Apache + MySQL + PHP server and that has a very basic user interface to manage adding and removing packages from the repository, as well as installing/configuring/removing instances of the software available in the repository. Every item in the controller specification linked above must be handled — we are seeking APS certification so we must have EVERY FEATURE listed in that document working in the final product that you provide to us. The user interface (as accessible by the web browser) can be very simple — we do not need any authentication, or any noteworthy “styling” as we will be implementing your code into our own application. This means that your code must be stable and modular; please be sure everything is divided into understandable classes with at least some comments or documentation so that our programming team can integrate it.

Please DO NOT bid on this project until you have reviewed the Controller specification at http://www.apsstandard.org/r/doc/aps-controller-dev-guide-1.2/index.htm in its entirety, as this is not a simple project — you will need to have quite a bit of PHP experience to deliver on this project.

Simple Php Addon
Hi, I have a job search website built from scratch and i want to have a simple addon on that,

Right now the keyword search (Trefwoord/plaats..), searches only the title of the job listing and lists the results but i want it to search the province, sector and date as well. Also when i select the province seperately and search it works and if i select the sector seperately it works but if i give a combined query, its not working. This needs fixing too.

This is a very simple script and it can be fixed in few minutes.

Easy Website Clone
This is an easy job for an experienced guy. I want a clone of a website and some additions made to it. You do not have to find images as I will supply them all. I will supply all text too.
However I do want a different background colour, less categories and a video that will play on the home page.
I will need to add/change text and images at various points through an admin panel
I will also need an email capture form linked to an Aweber account.
