Clickbank Top 50 Menu
Hell, I am needing a script/program written that would display the Top 50 Clickbank products in a scrolling image viewer type of box. Showing a Thumbnail of the websites, and making each thumbnail clickable to go to that clickbank product with my clickbank ID. I want something I can update maybe once a day yo go read from clickbank marketplace or download and extract the 50 products. And also allow me add other sites to the scrolling menu if I wish, my own websites, just by entering the url.

If you have something simular that can do this, I will buy it right now after I demo it.

News Scroller / Banner Slider
I would need a news scroller that looks good (not a plain text version).
2 news are displayed at a time next to each other.
One news would include a thumbnail, a title, some short text and a link.
The data to define these news shall come from an editable file, e.g. an XML file.
This news box shall eventually be inserted in an existing PHP page.

Scraper Needed
Would like to write a scraper and grab articles from an articles directory that I like, and put the articles into my own articles directory.

Your script would spider their directory, and pull in: name of author, the full article, and the author’s bio. Then it would put that information into my own articles directory.

I had a programmer install a script called ArticlesCM. We customized a few features and the templates, but no major changes.

ArticlesCM uses a mysql database on the webserver (we use host gator to host our sites). ArticlesCM is written in PHP and is easily customized.

Important: I’d like to be able to run an update once a day to see if any new articles have been added to the original articles directory, and then spier them and bring them over to my articles directory.

Windows Gadget With Mysql
Summary:
I’m in need of 2 widows sidebar gadgets. These gadgets will be used to 1)Show mortgage interest rates from a MySQL database online and 2)This one will be the same as the first but it will provide the ability to update the rates within the MySQL database.

Details:
The first gadget will include a logo to be displayed on the top. Following the logo will be a select list where the user can choose what rate they are looking for (ie. 1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 4 year –u p to 10, also the Variable rate and Line of Credit). Below the select box will be a big rate that will change based on which term they choose. Below the rate will be an apply now button that when clicked will bring them to an online application page.

The second gadget will have the same functionality as the first gadget but it will include a button “Update Rates”. This gadget will be run on the administrator’s home computer which will make it easy to update the rates within the database. When you click the “Update Rates” button, a pop-up will come out of the gadget and display all terms (1 to 10, variable, line of credit) and input boxes to go along with each term. The input boxes will automatically populate from the rates that are listed within the database. The administrator will change any of the rates that need to be changed and then click “Save” which will save the new rates. I would like there to also be a password field there which will pass on the typed password as the password for the MySQL database. This way, if the password is correct the rates cannot be changed.

Payment:
Due to previous bad experiences, I will NOT pay ANY amount up front. I have had many developers take the money and run. If you require some type of deposit up front, DON’T BID. I WILL NOT PAY A DEPOSIT.

Once the first gadget is complete, delivered and verified to be working correctly, I will pay 50% of the agreed upon price.

Once the second gadget is complete, delivered and verified to be working correctly, I will pay the remaining 50% of the agreed upon price.

Terms:
1) This project is fairly simple in nature and therefore I would like it completed within 3 to 4 days.

2) Only bids that state “I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO YOUR TERMS” will receive consideration. If you do not add this sentence to your bid, I will assume that you did not fully read the instructions or you didn’t understand them. Therefore, I will NOT consider your bid.

3) The logo is currently being designed so I will provide it after. For now the developer may use a temporary image but must change it to the correct logo once available. (Or provide details instructions for me to change the logo)

4) The gadgets must be visually appealing. Must look clean and crisp with a nice use of colours.

Php Expert Needed Today
We have some unfinished work on a php project. This is important and needs to be done RIGHT and in just a few days.

If you are a PHP expert and can interface the scripts with mySQL databases through text “typed” inquiries, pulling data from the database and returning it to the site visitor when they type in a question, then we can use you.

The first part and that which you are bidding on is this. The interface is already built along with the mySQL. The Admin windows need to be updated with CLOSE buttons.

The PHP interface pages are working fine in IE browsers, however Foxfire is missing one or two of the screen areas. Compatibility issues.

THIS WORKS: This is a question answer php script. The process is for the visitor to ask “type in a question” and out comes the correct answer as determined by PRIOR Q&A.

THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED: Along with the correct answer, a follow up question should appear.

NEEDS TO BE ADDED:

With the answer to the question we need links to external files, i.e. audio and video clips.

LASTLY… Need to clean up the page look – design. Needs a facelift.

Bidfun Auction Site Clone
I need bids and time-frame estimate for creating a clone of the site http://www.BidFun.com.

In addition to needing all of the same front-end capability and functionality of BidFun.com, I will also need an Admin/Control Panel section set up so my client can update product data into the auction site, etc.

Phpbb Minor Changes And Addons
Hi. I have some little changes to make to a phpBB forum.

1- nudge the word “rechercher: at the top of the page
2- add a banner at the very top of the page (ad code)
3- remove some links over images that have been deleted
4- add sidebar ads on each side
5- add a banner at the bottom
6- add a 468×60 and a 234×60 ad container at the very bottom that will contain uploaded gifs on the server

Verify That X Is Running
Hello,

I need some smart script that can run under linux that can:

* Test/verify that x is working.
* If it is not working it should “killall X” and then restart x “xwin”.

An idea i had was to popup some window (really small) top left corner 1px widht 1px height. Then check if window did popup sucessfully. If not then X has crashed.

I have a touchscreen driver that is acting strange and randomly crashes X. Sometimes X can run smoothly for days – and then sometimes it can crash within hours.

THe touchscreen is a model “zytronic”.
