I am aware there are many article directory scripts out there already but I can’t find one that 100% fits my needs (mainly in regards to the articles being image intensive). I don’t mind if you create something yourself or if you modify an existing script. Please let me know via PMB what script you plan on using and if there is a license cost let me know how much.

I am creating an article directory in the automotive niche. I need a side menu with at least three levels of submenu (editable from backend). Clicking these links should list all the available articles for that category on the main section of the page. Users can then click these articles to see them in the main section of the website. The database should be searchable.

Users submit the articles, many of which are image intensive. So there needs to be a good system where the user can upload images easily as well as text. (Please note I want to host all the images, I don’t want images linked from photobucket etc)

Otherwise standard directory features are required (backend, search, rate the article, etc.)

The site doesn’t need a fancy design for now, just basic, neat and functional will do. (Although if you want to do the design as well let me know that your price includes it)

I anticipate PHP/mysql being used but please feel free to make any other suggestions.

For now Professional can just bring users to a page that tells them they need to call. Limits needs to be set depending upon which account they choose. 4. Set up needs to be created on the

Set up will work like this:

They’ll get an email that welcomes them to Control Freak and gives them a link to set up their new site.
This page should show a list of templates available for their site. There is already a drop down that connects to the templates directory built into Mura on the EDIT CURRENT SITE page. We would just need to add a thumbnail pic to each template, database it, and then make them appear in a grid format for the customer to choose from during sign up. The ability to break down by category should be built in to this.

Right now the logo is in the header file of mura and it’s not databased. We would need to database it and connect it to the sign up and the DESIGN/LAYOUT section of the backend that hasn’t been created yet.

The user should be able to choose between several header pics for each template or have a link to upload their own photo with instructions on height and width.

The last step of the set up will be making sure the pages are right. The user should be able to add, edit, and delete pages from this section before see their new site.

Then they should get a CONGRATULATIONS page that congratulates them on build their new website with a choice between going directly to the front end of their new website.. or the backend.

5. Template Gallery- Gallery Template

This template gallery they they’re choosing from has to be created and also accessible on the front end if possible. Since Mura already has the template drop down.. maybe we could use that and just have a spot where we can attach a thumbnail to each template and then have all of the thumbnails show up on a page in a gallery format. Should show up like this when selecting a template..

6. Gallery Manager currently uploads photos and adds whatever the title of the photo is to the gallery no matter how long it is. So photos taken from a digital camera will automatically be entered with the long number assigned to each photo. When this happens the photo titles overlap one another. Mura’s answer is to just have them go back in and manually rename all of the images. I think we should either take the image titles off or at least take them off by default and only have them show up if the user enters them manually. But even then we’d have to put some sort of a limit on the size of the title.. Not really sure the best way to handle it. Eventually we’d also like to add a batch upload so users can upload multiple images by dragging them into a window instead of just being able to add eight at a time manually.

6. The name Mura needs to be stripped from the balloon pop ups and anywhere else it shows up.
7. Finish sign up and add set up to the front end. Connect it to authorize.net Sign up just needs the initial package selection and an email sent out with the link to the set up. Set up needs to include the ability for user to select a template, upload a logo (logo should be automatically resized on upload), choose a header picture, and created their pages. It would be ideal if database some of the style sheet so the user can just choose the their own background color and navigation bar color from a swatch pop up. That would be awesome.

This project is to create live streaming channels to users. A channel should be like so:

Sign up Process (Part 1/2)

A user should register on my site and receive the following:

–A channel page: http://www.example.com/channel/

–A customizable profile: So comments can be placed onto a users profile. All users registered should be able to comment on their profile and make friends. The profile should allow profile pictures/avatars, and links to their facebook and twitter. It should also allow custom slots for gamertags (More on this when selected)

Sign up Process (Part 2/2)

–Once registered, the user should have also been registered at http://www.livestream.com
–This process creates the user a channel on livestream.com.
–That channel (from livestream.com) has an embed code to which the player will be supplied to the user’s editable channel at http://www.example.com/channel/
–The user can now save his/her profile and view it at http://www.example.com/channel/ to find something like: http://www.villaingaming.com/robintv/

Conclusion of signup: User registers on my site, and the application automatically creates an account on http://www.livestream.com To which the user then receives their unique embed code. They then save it to their profile and is viewable livestream.

While they register, they are given their login and password via email, and the already supplied client to stream with.

These embedded channels should be defined as ‘Live’ if they are live.
And Offline if they are not live.

This makes it easier for the guests to find “LIVE” streams, and not just some embedded players.

There should be areas on the site like:

The site should look similar to http://www.livestream.com in a sense of the Showcased livestreams

The site should look similar to http://www.youtube.com and http://www.villaingaming.com (Regarding their colours and theme for buttons etc) Not necessarily layout.

The look and feel of the site should feel like a video site/livestream.
The overall website should be updatable, so in the future if proven to be succesful further enhancements can be made.

We require a developer to create a csv Importer.

This script will allow a user to upload a csv file into a mysql database. The user will be able to then search the contents of the database and export results as a csv file.

The user will be be able to build custom queries based on the column names in the database.

CSV file must be Excel compatible.
Each CSV Import requires a Name and Category.

• Display top 10 members from that weekly race event who received the most points.
• Display total money available to win on that weeks race.
• Display total money available to win for end of season points race champoinship.
• Display top 20 members who have the most overall points from all races.
• Display the actual finishing order of that weeks nascar event. Actual nascar results.
• Have a 3 areas for advertisements.
• Display a box for members to login.

The members must fill out a form to create a free account

Members Page:
• Members should be able to edit account details. Such as change password, address, email address, paypal payment information.
• Purchase credit for that weeks race. All payments must be done threw paypal and credited to there account automatically.
• Display how many total points they have for the season, and how many positions they have moved up/down in the points race. example: Points 3038 (+5) the +5 means they have moved up 5 positions in the seasons overall points race. a -5 would mean they dropped 5 positions in the overall points race.
• Display total earnings from all winings that member has won over the season.
• Pick the order that drivers will finish. Also there will be tie breaker questions. They will try to predict the exact finishing order of the top ten.

Admin panel:
• Will need to know how many members there are.
• will need to know how many deposits made per weekly event. And have reports for each one.
• Edit admin account info, change password, etc
• Will need to be able to see how many visitors the site gets, unique daily and monthly.
• Will need section to ad the ads that are visible on homepage.
• Will need a section to add the actual nascar race results on homepage.
• Will need section to edit, payscales for both weekly and season. Such as percentages for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.
• When money is deposited. Say entrance fee is $10 per week 28% for site is deduct from the money before the prizes are displayed. Example on homepage every time a deposit is made it needs to automatically update the total prize (purse) for the weekly and season purses. So when a deposit is made it would be distributed like this: $10.00 – 28% goes to site for its cost, 12% to season purse and 60% to weekly purse.

• edit up to 20 tie breaker questions and points
• edit a race start and cut off times per weekly event
• Be able to credit or debit account

• edit terms and conditions, faq etc.

NOTE: WILL NEED SCRIPT INSTALLED AND SITE WILL NEED WEB DESIGN AS WELL. Details are not completly final, just a rough draft.

1. I have a contact form and when you click submit it should have a ajax loader then slide down effect on the contact.php page that said” The message has been successfully sent Thank you for writting to us!” The ajax code for this is in the init.js

2. I need the submit button to disapper after the email is sent successfully.

3. I need the telephone number to be able to be validated. The error message should read “Please re-enter your telephone number Example (3185551111)” It should check for a ten digit number with no letters. The validation needs to be able to be turned off with the common.php see line 20

The contact form works sometimes. It is very buggy and not smooth.
