Movie Flash + Database Mysql

1. Fix the bugs.

There some major bugs in this script. I need it thoroughly tested, all the sloppy code removed, and for it to be tested in both Firefox and IE. It has to work perfectly 100% of the time. Here are bugs I know about.

BUG 1.

I can’t replicate this bug every time, but it DOES happen. I have seen it many times, and it is happening tonight, but I can’t pinpoint what is causing it. Other people have also reported this bug to me. I’m praying it happens for you. If you can’t find it, just re-write it. 🙂 It has to be fixed.

In the first step, there is some ajax code that talks to a mysql
database to see if a username is available. Well sometimes, when it
says it is available, but you press “create my account”… an error
will come up saying username isn’t available… even though it is.

The error will even sometime happen after the “Choose Your Account Type” step.

BUG 2.

Sometimes the captcha box stops working. No matter how many times I type the correct word, I always get it wrong. Others have also reported this.

2. Add some fields.

A. Change “Full Name” into “First Name” and “Last Name”. 2
different lines.
B. Add DOB field with select boxes. Month/Day/Year . Display
under the “security answer” field.
C. Add Gender field in select box. Male/Female. Should be fine
next to DOB field, if not underneath it.
D. Add Zip filed text box. 5 digits. Probably will look best
under the DOB/Gender line.

You will have to add some cells to table in mysql database to store
this additional information.

3. Remove this page from sign up form. (step 2)

4. Send the users to smileymedia, and back again.

Right after step 1 in the sign up form we need to post the variables from our upgraded signup form to

AND then we need to be able to receive the user back. You need to give me the url to give smileymedia to send them back too.

Also… The mysql user database we use to check for
username availability via ajax isn’t the real mail server that handles
the authentication. We just use this so the mysql/ajax automatic
check works. Currently, the user is setup after they choose a “plan”, and we then post fields
to an external server to setup the account. You will see how its done in the code. Don’t want to post internal server info to public webpage.

Well we can’t pass the password to smileymedia, as that would be really insecure… So I need code to be adjusted to have them setup on the external server before they go to smileymedia. It is easier this way, and no reason to wait to set them up until after the user gets back from smiley media.

Once the user gets back from smiley media, just send them to our current final page.

Misc Project notes…

The most important thing with this project is finding the bugs and fixing them. I need this signup form to work 100% of the time, and be perfect. Therefore, I need some quality work done.

I also need this work done VERY quickly. I really need someone to complete this work within 18-24 hours from now.

Php Header Spoof/rewrite
I need a script that will allow me to change the referrer that the browser submits to the destination server.

Example –

Traffic comes from www.abc.com/example.html
Click sent to www.destination.com
Script changes referrer to www.other-www.com

In this way the destination site can not look at their logs and see the real place that my traffic comes from, it appears that traffic comes from a place that I enter.

Requirement
– must be in PHP and compatible with all browser – no javascript

NOTES:
– Each entry should have its own field to enter a referrer. (ie: links 1 and link 2 may show different referrers.
– Needs to happen instantly, no delays or new pages.
– If you have a free script that counts and changes referrer already, I am willing to use that instead. Mention in your bid that you are charging for a link to the free script. (I am happy to pay for that)

Details – I get traffic from various online forums and send traffic through to affiliate programs. I do not want the affiliate program to see where my traffic comes from, I want them to see that traffic comes from a site on the same server that is running the script.

Mail Server
We have a dedicated UBUNTU server as mass email server, with POSTFIX. We have 25 IP’s on this server and we need to set up 25 SMTP accounts, each with sub domain and a private IP. SMTP should only listen to our web server IP.
Following tasks should be done:
Create FTP access for the primary domain name
Add all the domain names to the server
Create MX record for each sub domain/IP
Add a postfix instance that binds to every IP address
Postfix configuration (Add the postfix configuration to all postfix instances)
Add SPF records domain keys for every sub domain name
Create an html accessible page on the server in which a chart or table lists the IP address, the corresponding domain name and the corresponding postfix instance name.
Create a page interface (admin panel) that shows on time statistics and info from the postfix log file for all instances: number of email injected to the queue and the corresponding send, deferred and timed out. EXAMPLE: emails injected 100. SENT 80 deferred 15 timed out 5

Drupal – Import Script
Scope:
-Need to implement a script for Drupal6 to import cck data from a file.
-You can use the following links links as a guide:
-A script should be intelligent enough to update a record, instead of inserting,
if a record with the same primary key already exists.
-A primary key field is one of the cck fields, present in an import file.
-Certain cck fields are multi-value, ie contain an array of values.
-As far as I understand, a custom module with this script should be created (I may be wrong)
-The file format is tsv ( tab delimited) ,but I’ll be happy if an xml import format can be implemented instead without increasing the cost of development
-delimiter for values in a multi-value field is a pipe “|”
-the script should fill in all system fields ( type, created, date, format, log etc)

use case:
– a user gets to the page, e.g. cck_upload.php
– an import file already resides on the server side, accessible by a php script
– an input field with a default full file name(eg /var/www/drupal/import.tsv) and an “import” button is displayed
– a user clicks a button “import”
– a script goes through a list of records in a file, and either creates objects or updates existing ones
– create an log file in the same directory as an import file with a log message for each – for each imported record there should be an output of its primary key, status (imported/not) and an error if a record is not imported. the name of the log file can be just “the name of the import file”.log
