Looking For Long Term Company

1. Must be okay with not accepting funds for a project until the project is 100% complete. more on this later. Funds will be paid in full via either a US Based bank account or paypal, your choice.

we outsource anywhere between 15-45k in jobs per month to 1 company. becuse of this i expect to be able to pretty much set my own payment terms and payment amounts for the most part. i wont’ ask you to work on a 3 month project with no deposit.

The layout and content are fine…I would like to provide a few alternative options to this group in an effort to liven this site up a little (or to allow this group to offer their users a “theme chooser”). these screens give you some IDEA of how we think app should look/work

rather than reinvent the wheel, we think we coudl use teh open source PHP app, Mantis, that we already use as a base for this as Mantis already has 1/2 or more functionality we need

Site Re-design & Optimization

Hello,

I need someone to redesign a site of mine and make it look much better and much easier to use, it has hundreds of pages but 8 or 9 main template files. Need a new logo and everything, just make it look great, you can look at the current site and give me some options for a new design. There is also a lot of unnecessary code that isn’t being used and I need you to go through it and get rid of everything that is unnecessary. Also I need some professional advice, if you see something in the code that isn’t done the best it could be, and the site could run faster or more efficiently I want you to tell me. You can let me know what these things are and I will pay extra for you to fix them and implement them.

Simple Site Fixes + Add

1.Fix whatever is causing the site to no longer list the Today’s TOP and top 100 torrents. This problem suddenly popped up a few days ago. Searching for torrents still works. This is also the reason why there is a giant blank area on the page.

2.Restart the cronjob that gathers torrents so the database begins growing again.

3.On this page – http://bit.ly/b8eVza there is a white box on the bottom of the page, I need that fixed so the footer lines up with the bottom of the screen.

1.I need someone to add unique titles to each page. For example, the static pages should have titles like The Pirate Harbor | Home, FAQ etc. The torrent pages should have titles that put the name of the torrent (download torrent) – TPH in the title.

2. Also, I need someone to add the new Facebook “like” social plugin to the torrent pages. Docs can be found here – http://developers.facebook.com/docs/guides/web#plugins you can use the iframe version or the xfbml, doesn’t matter.

3. Finally, on the torrent detail pages I need someone to make the “alternative download link” hotlink to another torrent site.

Thats about it, any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Should take an experienced programmer less than an hour.

Php Page Generator

I would like a simple php tool designed that will generate a multi-page website for me that will have just a few elements that I can specify for each page.

Basically I would like a tool that has the same framework as www.bargainpurses.info that I can use to build other websites and be able to specify new keywords for.

I can provide the php files for that site so that you can see how it all goes together. I would just like it setup so that I can enter keywords for each main page as well as keywords for the subpages of each main page. the subpages would be linked on the left like you will see on the example website. This is a two level system, but should not be difficult.

For exmaple The home page would have a navigation bar that would link to the main topics such as different brands of purses. Then on each of the dynamically generated pages of the main topics there would be a different set of navigation links that I would specify for the subpages. You will know what I mean by looking at the site I posted above.

The tool to generate these sites should be something that is uploaded to a server for each site and the keywords and pages would be entered on an admin page. The simpler the interface, the better.

It would look something like:

Keyword 1:
sub-keyword 1
sub-keyword 2
sub-keyword 3

Keyword 2:
sub-keyword 1
sub-keyword 2
sub-keyword 3

etc….

The main objective is to be able to build sites very similar to www.bargainpurses.info FAST. The framework should be very SEO friendly as well.

There should be options to turn on Adsense ads and the functionality to display E-bay Ads from the EPN network should be built in.

Php Script Clean Up -csv/mysql

I have a small script I wrote maybe 75 lines that does a select statement in mysql and steps through 5,000 products and then searches a csv file to fetch the products inventory. The script takes forever to run, about 1/2 an hour. I believe maybe if the csv file was loaded into any array it would go very quickly, dunno. I don’t have time to rewrite the script and I am looking for someone to speed it up for me.

I won’t be able to give you access to the mysql DB but I can give a copy of the csv file. But its only doing a single select statement for product id to make sure they match then doing an update to change the inventory amount field.

Develop A Site With Flash Game

Develop a site with Flash games. The site must accept Webmoney, Robokassa.ru; must have an affiliates program.
The flash game should:
Check permission (unregistered users and users with empty account can play only “Train” – id est cannot win the prize)
Submit game report to server (security check take place on server). The report contains hash; code words are known only by administration.
If the user had bet and hadn’t established new record, he lost his bet. Part of the money goes to administration; part goes to the game Jackpot. If he’d established new record he wins a certain percent of Jackpot. For more details see BACKEND specification. To see how the site should be seen by user – FRONTEND specification.
You shouldn’t be bothered by design, but you should create FRONTEND-Edit (For designer to later finish the job).
