Sitebuilder
We’re looking for a sitebuilder application so we could provide our customer the service to build their own website.

General
– Customer must be able to check if a domain is still available and must be able to register a domain and a hosting package. This account will be connected to the website.
– Customer can choose from a few templates and change almost everything from this template like they want, so change colours, images, dimensions, etc.
– Also a beginner must be able to work with the solution, so the solution should be very customer-friendly and easy to use.
– Ticketsystem.
– De solution must be SEO friendly, so SEO friendly url’s, meta-tags (keywords, description, titles, etc) and html valid.

Backend administrator
– We as administrator should have the possibility to manage all customers. (All customer information, connection website with server and domain, date package, bill, etc.)
– We must be able to add templates and modules.

Backend customer
– Customer must be able to log in into their account.
– Customer must be able to manage their account.
– Customer must be able to choose a template from a couple of example templates.
– Customer must be able to change colours, images, dimensions of the template.
– Customer must be able to place modules in positions of the template they want to.
– Customer must be able to add/edit (sub)menu items.
– Customer must be able to add/edit content of the pages with an editor. They should have the ability to change fonts, styles, add pictures, tables, hyperlinks, etc.

Modules
Some standard modules must be included in the solution:

– Photoalbum
– Forms: Customer should have the possibility to create their own forms, which need to be send to their email address.
– Poll
– Searchfunction
– Newsletter
– Blog
– Guestbook
– Webshop: must be very extended: detailed description, several photo’s, in stock or not, possibility to import articles in database, paymethod with iDeal, etc…

hello there. we have all web site with osCommerce sysytem on it which is not correctly hooked up for the website. We are looking for someone to hooked it correctly and fix the problems with administration, search, the “add product stuff”, and if anythink alse is not working correctly . the selling product is files (not the products that u see now) – like *.doc so all the users have to download them (that must be add to the stuff too). I’d like to have a database of past winners of the week. I’d like to have the winner and losers of the week’s ranking, wins, losses, draws and whatever else saved for that week.
So if in week 1, Red had 100 matches, 20 draws, 50 wins, and 30 losses as the champion of that week it’ll be saved for that week in some archive and further votes will be added but not effect the placement of it for that winning week.

The statistics should be saved in a snapshot for archive and the weekly winner, but still be eligible to score in live and statistics adjusted as such in the Winningest of all time page.
And so in all of week 2 it’ll display Red as the champion at the same statistics. Even if the rankings change in that week. When the end of week 2 comes around I’d like the winner of that week displayed, and the cycle keeps going.

The only page difference I would like for the weekly winner page is at the bottom you have an archive link to different date’s weekly champions.

Friday at noon the winner and losers of the week should be posted for the entire week until the next friday. On the bottom of each page there should be a dynamic list of past winners/list of losers.

Minor detail, on the winner of the week and all time winners/losers of the week I’d like each image to be 125 x 125, simple.

In the backoffice I’d like to be able to edit the database statistics (votes/wins/losses/draws)

Last one I don’t know if it’s so simple. Facebook has a similar application. When someone submits an image I need an even squared image. The image they submit should be able to be cropped to a square size of their choice and submitted. The user should be able to resize and crop.

Simple Psd To Magento
Have a simple PSD that needs converting to Magento theme, no access to site available so must be developed on your local machine and later tested by us on our machines.

I have a few things which i am unable to achive myself on a clients magento site.

Basically the client wants a system where for the first month you can only use the site if your invited. Acess is granted by a individual code which can be emailed out to there already following market. Upon acces the users can pre order items and will not not be charge until the dispatch date.

I am using the latest version of magento with sage pay as the merchant.

The other problem would be i have a very limited deadline.

So a quick response would be great.

Wp Post Template Mods
I need some help modifying a custom post template in WordPress – and since the previous programmer isn’t responding, I’m putting out for public bidding.

The before.jpg image shows what the page looks like now – the after.jpg shows what it needs to look like … specifically ….

1. The “Selected Resources” content box needs to be aligned with the right hand edge of the video and the gap between it and the “From The Episode” box reduced to accommodate the move.

2. The comments box needs to be styled to match after.jpg

3. We’re using the SimplePress forum plugin and we need to be able to pull in one of the forums and display it as per the “In The Forums” box in after.jpg

There are two additional projects available to the successful bidder if they are able to complete the work within 24 hours.

Oscommerce Multiple Shipping
I simply need a contribution installed on a long running osCommerce shop. Customers need to be able to purchase multiple items, during the same visit, and send these items to separate people / locations. In other words, clients doing their christmas shopping at fiddlersgreenfarm.com need to be able to buy some fiddleheads for aunt mary in kalamzoo michigan, boston baked beans for unlce joe in san diego, california and a pair of boots for cousin nancy in protland maine and be able to complete the sale and shipping all in one visit, and not have to login, buy one item, ship it to place 1, logout, shop, ship to place 2, shop, ship to place 3, etc.

I have to assume there’s at least one contribution that will handle this. Or maybe not. I don’t think even amazon lets you do this, but we’ll see…….

Very Simple Design Job

Xml Importer For Open Realty
I need a XML importer for Open Realty

The script/addon shall fetch xml feeds from several different real estate websites and import the listings into the openrealty database on my site.

The script should update the xml feeds regularly using CRON

The master Admin will need the ability to add multiple datafeeds for each individual agent and also choose if the agents sold properties are moved to a sold category or deleted.

The listings from each xml feed should be listed under the agents for each xml feed, without affecting the users other listings.

The script/addon should import photos from a Full URL located in the XML file. Thumbnails are to be generated automatically.

Listings that already exist in the database are updated in order to maintain the listing ID, if the listing is sold it is moved to a sold category or deleted depending on the settings in the script.

Search Script For Sphinx
Hi,

I paid a developer to install sphinx and make a search script, but its not completed the way I wanted.
The sphinx and database optimizing is perfect, extremly fast results. However, the search script is not working as I want.

I need a professional php EXPERT to help me make/correct that search script.
Need to search a database (using SPHINX) with 10GB of data, so you NEED to know what your doing (coding and speed wise).

– Sphinx has already been installed on the server and running fine.
– The search script need to use sphinx.
– The website is updating a lot of different blogs with new daily content, pulled from the database.

I need a function to do the following:

Function: search($keywords,$blogid,$limit)

– A user query the database to get a new article, based on one or more keywords.
– The article is being pulled from the table: “articles”.
– The article title or keywords need to match atleast one of the words in $keywords ($keywords = keyword1,keyword no 2,keyword3 etc), this is done with sphinx.
– The user only get articles which he have not received to his blog before (which means, the script need to check the other table to see if there is a $blogid and articleID match).

$keywords
This is a string containing one or more keywords, seperated by comma.
example: “$keywords = “keyword1, keyword2,keyword number 3″”

$blogid
This is a string containing the id of the blog requesting a new article, numeric format.
This is used to check the other table (publishlist), to see if the blog (ID) have already received the article before.

$limit
This is the amount of articles to grab, example: $limit = 4 will pull 4 articles.

Table: articles (table containing all articles)
id,title,body,category,keywords (each keyword in seperated by a comma “,”)

Table: publishlist (table contain data of which blogs have received what articles)
id,articleid,blogid,publishdate

You will not have access to any test servers etc, you need this yourself.
You will get limited access to my database.
Need to be done in PHP.
