You can use a Drupal templat I have for it. They are making the homepage design and everything will run off that.

The company has teamed up with a fax to email company. So they program is there it just needs to be put on the site. Sort of like putting in a plug in.

Email Fax Website Project Scope:
This project is for the development of a new Email to Fax website that will allow customers to send and receive faxes through their email, similar to myCCCfax.com (remove the CCC). The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in custom APIs, web development and merchant account integration.
We have partnered with a Fax company that will handle the faxing services on the backend, but we need an experienced web developer who can customize and integrate their Faxing API into our website. Detailed API documentation will be provided during developer interviews.
The API will need to be integrated into our site and the web developer for this project will need to be able to customize it with our website to include the following features:
1. Merchant Account Integration – When users sign up for a faxing subscription plan, the web developer must be able to integrate our Merchant Account to process the payments (we will probably be using PayPal or Authorize.net depending on the developer’s recommendations).
2. New User Sign Up – Once users successfully complete the payment process for the fax subscription plan, we need an automatic provisioning feature that allows new customers to have immediate access to their account to select a new fax number and begin faxing. The customer information from the sign up form / payment information, must be automatically moved over to their Faxing account login so that we do not have to manually create an account for new customers every time someone signs up… the process has to be automated.
3. Automatic Email Notifications – We need automatic email notifications to be sent out every time a customer signs up for the first time, makes certain changes to their account, monthly subscription payment is due, etc. In addition, when someone fills out the Contact Us form or a new user signs up, we need an automatic email notification sent to our administrator email account.
4. Fax Limits – We will be offering several different faxing plans based on the number of faxes (either incoming or outgoing) each customer is entitled to per month. If a customer goes over their allotted amount of monthly faxes, their account needs to be automatically billed .08 cents for each additional incoming / outgoing fax until the customer’s next billing cycle. The web developer must be able to customize the API / Faxing account up so that once the customer goes over their allotted monthly faxing limit, each additional fax will be automatically charged to their account.
5. Account Login – Users need to be able to login to their account and make changes to their account information, change their password, update e-mail addresses, etc.
In addition to integrating the Faxing API, features listed above and merchant account integration, we will need the web developer to build the front end of our website. Our website will consist of the following pages:

This site is going to provide a pricing and quote application to our customers based on simple calculations. The website must be compatible with iPhone and Windows Mobil in addition to Firefox, IE, and Safari.

The website will have 4 User Groups; Potential Customers, Customers, Application Users, and Site Administrators.

Potential Customers will find the site via various marketing campaigns. They will visit the root of the site – page layout and design will be provided – and given the opportunity to purchase. Upon purchase confirmation, the website will need to send the Potential Customer an email with login credentials and a link to the Customer Console.

Customers will use their confirmation email to connect to and authenticate to their Customer Console. The Customer Console will give the Customer the ability to modify and customize the settings for their PriceQuoter application. They will enter text and upload graphics. The Customer Console will provide a link to the unique address of their personalized PriceQuoter application that they can share with their clients for use (This address needs to contain the customer’s company name). The Customer Console will also inform the Customer of their subscription expiration date and give them the opportunity to renew and process the payment. The Customer Console will also provide an opportunity for the Customer to submit “suggested features” to the Site Administrator

Application Users will visit the site via the link to the PriceQuoter Application provided to the Customer in the Customer Console. They will NOT need to authenticate. The PriceQuoter will have a page header that displays the Customer’s logo and company name and tagline along with any other configured text. The page will also need to be formatted to the Customer’s colors via CSS or something similar. The PriceQuoter will present the Application Users with a form requesting the information required to calculate the price. The results will be presented on the screen, and/or emailed, and available to print.

Site Administrators will log in and be able to view, sort, filter, add, delete, edit all customer informtion. Link to Customer Consoles, and PriceQuoters. They will also need to be able to view and sort “suggested features”.

THE COMPANY is a music based platform that will allow users to stream music for free via our custom flash Player. The website will have an API connection to YouTube but will only play the audio and not display the video. THE Player will be located on the footer of the page as users scroll up and down and even click on hyperlinks throughout the website and external pages (web), the audio will continue to play. To clarify the music at any time will not stop playing unless the user prompts it to by clicking the x icon or the stop button.

Users will be able to create an account with the use of api’s such as rpxZZZZZnow.com (remove the ZZZZZ) where they can login with their Facebook, Google, etc. Once logged in they will be able to create playlists for the audio player. They will have the ability to manage the playlists they have created; and be able to share their playlist with their friends via a similar open source code that allows them to share with facebook, mysapce, twitter and other social networks.
The audio player which is located at the footer of the page should show the title of the audio playing and also an image. When songs are added they will be shown in a menu where the user will have the ability to change the order which they play. Dragging the track out will remove it from the playlist. There will be four buttons;
Now Playing – when this button is clicked the current list of songs playing will be revealed
Search – Will bring a search box within the player where users can add songs to their current list.
My Playlists – will display the users playlists which they have saved in their account
More – will include help which will hyperlink to the help section of our website. Share. Embed which will be a html that will allow users to add their player to their website or blog.

If the user is not logged in the My Playlist button should be substituted for login.

There should be a Google search box on the home page so the user can exit the site with the player still at the footer of the page and browse the web with our THE COMPANY audio player. Also there will be regular audio advertisements playing in intervals i.e. every other third song.

As the player will initially be stream lined on the footer of the window, there should be a very visible ‘maximum’ tab/lever on the top right to initiate a functionality of reviewing an initial playlist of featured artists and albums etc.

A general reference to the functionality and design of our audio player will be suggested once a bid has been placed with an initial quote and estimated time frame of the project.

With regards to the site we’d like to express our standards and expectations as we are excited to introduce this concept of browsing the web with our automated audio player at hand. Being able to search and stream music from the web directly through our audio player, we believe users will take a positive outlook to this as it has not yet been apparent.

We do admire the functionality of the audio player on sky songs (http://songsCCCCCC.sky.com/) (remove the CCCCCC) as it is creative, streamlined and will be perfectly fitted at the footer of the page. As for the site it must be aesthetically pleasing but modern and stylish layout containing some rich and vibrant graphics, lightly peppered with some subtle Flash animated elements.

The site will obviously need to be installed and set up on their server.

Seller will take my html, Dreamweaver, or layout done in Fireworks pages, and provide “fly-in” style Nav bars, design thumbs which then can be expanded into “Gallery-Style” flash walls while moused-over, to approximately 7-8 main pages which then will have more of the same on the “child” pages, based on wireframe or flow chart I provide.

Seller also potentially will need to allow roll over on content that is b & w, and have it turn to color. Seller would agree to work collaboratively with Buyer to complete look of all Web Pages completed to the point that they are fully navigable and quick loading. Also Seller agrees that they will use “Best Practices” and are creating custom Flash Action Script, etc., to achieve a satisfactory result (or customized script previously created if fitting overall project)

Seller will also include meta tags provided from Buyer’s keywords on pages requested.

I will provide specs, content, Visio flow chart, sound for roll-overs and will get back navigable pages, .swf, and .fla files. Seller agrees to also integrate a CMS build so that content may be updated as needed by Buyer. I also wish a separate bid for a simple splash page incorporating my design elements.

You will need to modify the site anyway the client wants and install in the end.

I’ve got two very easy scraper projects. We will be pulling in data from two membership websites. There are 12 fields that we will be pulling in. Each and every page looks exactly identical. The layout is the same.

The URLs that will be scraped are all in sequential order. (Each member is assigned a sequential number. Helps make this project easy.)

So your list of URLs will be simply like this:

This way your script can just increment that url number and go to the next member’s page, until it gets its first error.

We want the output data to be able to go easily into an Excel file. We want to be able to download this to our hard drive (without having to go into FTP to download the output file).

We’d like a delay pause that we can change, in case we fill the script is running too fast and we don’t want any problems with that.

There is one graphic element, a picture of the member. We want that, as well. Not sure how you want to give us the picture. Maybe as a folder or zip file that contains all of the separate .gif or .jpg files. The name of each jpg file can be the User ID of each individual member.

We want several comment fields in your PHP script in case we have to revise it later (every now and then a webmaster will change the template, and we want to be able to adapt to that).

I’ve got a file attached to this project that shows you the layout of all of the membership pages that you will be scraping.

We want three things from each of the two projects. One will be a completed output file. Something we can import into Excel.

The other will be your PHP script that we can run on our own a few times a year to see if there are new members added. (We want to be able to have an input field into your script so that we can type in the starting number, so that it doesn’t go and scrape the data that we already have.)

We have two membership websites that I want to do this for. Does this mean we need a separate script for each website? Both websites have sequential numbers assigned to the member. Both websites have sequential URLs, making it easier to scrape the data. Both have member pages that are structured the same way on all pages for that website.
