we want to set up a marketplace like flippa.com in germany. We need similar funcionality, but different design and obviously a different language. If you can speak german – that would be perfect, but we can speak english if necessary. We have a PHP-programmer in our team, he will provide specifications for the code.
We will provide the design and the german text files via excel. The programming has to be done in PHP and MySQL.

WordPress Plugin Modification

I am using the plugin WP Robot from http://wprobot.net I have the full package with all modules including Flickr image module.

I am using a theme that uses TimThumb to display images. In order for the images to work properly with my theme, each post needs a custom field with Name/Key of “Thumbnail” and a Value of the image URL relative to my site root, for example “images/pic.jpg”.

What I need is for images to be added to each post that WP Robot makes in way of a custom field as described above. It needs to work every time WP Robot makes a post, so that it is completely automatic.

WP Robot plugin does not have a way to add this custom field to each post, but it does have the ability to collect images from flickr according to keywords.

You can either use the Flickr images from WP Robot, or randomly pick images from a directory on my server, or pull them randomly from the built in Media Library in wordpress. Any of these methods of getting the images are fine, I just need them added a a custom field that will work with TimThumb.

I have had a joomla site created for my client. I want to make a few changes to the site (please see attachment)

1) In IE7 – the navigation tabs need to have more margin between them
2)A new module position that sits above content,
3) The site needs to be HTML valid – it currently contains some errors.
4) There is an anchor on the forms page so that when someone doesn’t submit all the details, it should go to the anchor so they can submit the form again. It works fine except in Firefox.

1. I need an cms editor added to oscommece site. Something like FCKEditor or a plugin that allows the user to edit each page and add
pics needs to be added.

2. There also needs to be a plugin added that allows the client to edit the images on the gallery page. Basically be able to add or change the current pics on the gallery page.

3. The client wants each product to have a price, but he doesnt’ want it to be visible on any page. Well obviously in the check it will be. So make it so the prices aren’t visable on each page.

Part 2 (willing to pay $20 for this)
1. add company info to the bottom of page through out the website; refer to the existing website (I will call it “current website”).

2. “Bestsellers” and “Information” blocks need to be removed throughout the site.

3. just replicate the homepage of current website, except for instead of displaying one row of 4 photos, he wants to display two rows of 8 photos from project gallery. By saying replicate, I mean even the single photo with caption “Restaurant application” should be displayed and the header will be big. And of course it also means the “Product List”, “Bestsellers”, “Information”, and products should be removed; but the three testimonials can stay. Please spend some thoughts on page layout; the example sites you have shown us look fantastic.

6. whatever the icon is serving as bullet points in front of each installation guide does not load. Please just check that page and fix it.

7. The names of each testimonials don’t have to be red; just make them the same color as the testimonial contents.

There may be other small edits like the list above that need to be done. You will agree to do that (if the client ends up asking for those) if you accept the project.

This project is to implement/install modules, functionality to a clean a Oscommerce install using a pre purchased template.

This job will require expert knowledge of Oscommerce and PHP. Please do not bid on this project unless you have a proven track record and are committed to undertaking complete testing with a view to delivering the site in complete working order both in function and display.

We aim to be specific in our scope however it is the developer’s responsibility to question/clarify and apply some business logic to avoid easy misinterpretation.

Obviously you are free to use any existing contributions, but they must all hang together seamlessly.

The successful bid will clearly outline the contributions to be implemented and modifications to be made.
Excellent communication skills are an essential part of this project, regular updates are required and these are to be instigated by the developer.

Payment, no problem using escrow. It should be noted however funds will not be released until the site is delivered, fully tested and in complete working order.

Need homepage web page re-designing

Details –
I am planning on creating a custom development which will be based on / modifying the Social Engine script. As the script uses the Smarty template system you will need to be familiar with this system. I am ONLY wanting the homepage re-desiging at this stage, so I can get an idea what can be done with Smarty.

I really like the colour scheme, fonts, top menu bar and layout used on gracieacademy(.)com and would use this site for my main inspiration. And I also like the combined login/register box used on skinpoison(.)com

What I want on the homepage
Header – logo (I will provide), support link (with flash light up), contact us
Main – loign/register box, space for flash “what is” presentation (just a blank jpeg to show location, flash not being created yet), 3 or 4 graphical links, News section(test, will be replaced with RSS), Event section(test)
Footer – copyright, privacy policy, SSL certificate logo, version number

Will need a lot of work doing for development design and in depth coding, so if you know SoicalEngine we could hopefully do a lot of work together.
