We need listings on our clsassifieds site. We require either a script, a cron job, (or a person to post manually) to search for listings on other sites based on a keyword and then aggregate those listings on our website.

This will be slow and consistent to give the appearance of generic growth. You or your script will create one or two or three ads per day for 30 days. (30 ads minimum, 90 ads maximum) If your work is quality, this will be ongoing work that will grow in scope and intensity.

Summary:
Perform a search based on keyword and other criteria and find something that is for sale or wanted.
Store the item description and at least one image of the actual item.
Rename the image to be search friendly using dashes between the descriptive words of the image name.
At our site you will create one to three listings each day over a 30 day period using a simple process.

Requirements:
1.) Search various clsassifieds site, or other site, and find a listing for “soler panel” for example.
2.) The item that you post for sale must have an actual email address by which the seller can be contacted. A relayed email address such as saleATsite.com is not acceptable. Upon creation of the ad at our site an email will go out automatically to the seller.
3.) You must be consistent. I do NOT want more than two days to lapse between ad postings. I don’t want 13 ads on one day and then zero ads for the next several days and then 20 ads the last day.
4.) We will verify each item that you post that:
a) it is really an item for sale.
b) the description, price (if there is a price), and location are correct.
c) the email address that you have used to post the item actually belongs to the seller.
d) the ad that you have created contains an actual photo of the actual item that is for sale and not some generic image that you found at photobucket or picasa.
e) there must be a known location where the item for sale is and that must be posted into the ad so that the potential buyer knows where the good is located.
5.) Payment will be at the end of the 30 day period, after 30+ verified ads placed. Payment may be placed in escrow at your request.

I am looking for the ability to have the plugin already installed in wp-content/plugins folder with in the latest version of wordpress. I would like the splash screen to be the ftp uploader that will auto upload to site with proper ftp usename and password in place. I would like to have the ability to auto install wordpress and plugin Like fantastico allows you to install with one click.

I have a set budget in mind to get this done which should not be to hard if one understands the above mentioned plugin and php coding.

We are looking for a website that contains the main site a blog and members area.

1. The main website should be more of a cms as we are going to have many pages so we will require something that will will make creating dynamic sites simple. A cms like joomla would be acceptable. The main section should include a contact page.

2. We will need a blog that is integrated into this, so that users can easily navigate to the blog and read the posts and such something like word-press would be acceptable.

3. We need a members area that is customizable for each member. So if we want to leave a member a message or allow them access to code snippets then we can. We should be able to control each membership account independently.
The members area should also allow for general dynamic pages for faq and support.

4. We will need to be able able to issue issue seals to different members based on our criteria. When a seal on their site is clicked a pop-up should show, not send them to our site. The pop-up should be easily customizable for each member as we see fit. The popup should also work if java is disabled in a browser.

5. We will need a shopping cart added to the main site for purchasing of seals.

6. We will need a custom template that brings all of the above together. The template should be attractive, professional and easy to navigate and understand.

When all is done it should be quick with no hanging or system resource problems.

All of the things listed above should be integrated into one control panel and work smoothly together. The idea is to make operating the site simple and as pain free as possible.

Most of this project will be integrating one open-source script with another so the work should be fairly simple. The hardest parts will be the members area and the seals. But you may feel free to use scripts you know will work for this.

I am looking for a coder that can convert our working cronjob geocoding code into a plugin to work with our data and that can be ran by the admin calling up a .php file in the browser URL Command line

The above cronjob now runs every hour and does about 500-600 per day, Goggle has a daily limit of 15,000 per day.

So I need to be able to run the GeoCoding PHP file and have it check the last time it ran, if less then 24 hours then message will reply back as to the next time it can be ran (i.e., Next GeoCoding process runtime in: = x hours, x minutes, x seconds).

If more then 24 hours then it will run the daily geocoding to get the longitude and latitudes data, it will then run and process up to a maximum of 14,987 addresses from within the DB (just under the Goggle 15,000 daily (to be safe!).
