This will be a multi-level learning project, where I shall specify a learning project and the chosen programmer will quote a price, if accepted, will move forward.

1. Create a simple form with fields and save, retrieve, add, delete simple records.

2. Create a form/subform structure to support a one-many relationship when we can choose an object and the details are shown in the subform; functions required in subform –> add, delete rows, total of chosen objects in subform.

Inventory Script
The script is for a rental company warehouse control. The idea is that the system will have a complete list of all items in the warehouse (all items will have a barcode on them) and when any item is taken out, a transfer order must be generated. The transfer order will be generated scanning all items leaving the warehouse. Once the items return to the warehouse, employees must re-scan all items to make sure that everything that left is being returned. All transfer orders will need to be printed to keep paper traisl of all movements. The system must identify employees using unique usernames and passwords. The passwords will be read using a barcode scanner. Admin will have complete control over the system

The system will run locally on a pc with any apache/mysql package you recommend

User management with two user levels

Users – can only create transfer orders and receive items

Items:
– 3 types of items (Individual, Sets, Multiple)
o Individual: an item code corresponds to one item

o Multiple: one code corresponds to a type of item that has multiple stock

Create a new Transfer Order
User will have to be logged in and in a menu with options the user has privilege to use. Mainly CREATE Transfer Order and RECEIVE Transferred Equipment

Create a transfer order
The idea is to have an employee scan all items leaving the warehouse and have the script ask for the following information when creating a new transfer order
– Transfer Request ID (Automatically generated using a format of MMDDYYYY-NNNN) Must be displayed in the pdf document in barcode style and numerical (NNNN will be 0001, 0002 according the the amount of request forms created in ONE day) example. 11062009-0001 would be an order created NOV-06-2009 and be the order number 0001 for that date
– Activity Name
– Activity Location
– Activity Date
– Transfer date (today’s date)
– Transferred created by: will be determined according to username used to log in
Once all items have been scanned the user must select [complete the transfer request] and a pdf document must be generated with a specific format (will be provided later) that will include the information requested above and a list of all items scanned. This pdf will be stored locally in a folder and will be printed to be signed and archived.

Receiving Items on our Warehouse
User can locate a previously created transfer order by scanning the transfer order ID (BARCODE) or by looking through a list of all transfer requests that have not been returned.

Once the equipment is returned to the warehouse. The employee must open the transfer order and re-scan all items telling the system that they are being returned. Once finished the system must check that all scanned items originally scanned when leaving have been scanned on the return date. If some items are missing the script must inform the user that some items are missing. At this time the user will have to partially return the gear and finish the return process when the additional items arrive and must generate another pdf document to be printed listing all items that have not been scanned. If all items are accounted for. The script will generate a pdf document with a complete transaction report confirming that all items have been returned

All items must have a CRM type log that will show all movement for the specific item. Besides in and out statistics all items must have a maintenance function which will allow out warehouse techs to include pertinent maintanence information for any item included on the inventory.

Important Notes:

– the final script must be in Spanish. We will do all translations. The script must be able to be translated. Preferably using templates.
– Script MUST look user friendly and must have a simple to user GUI icon based.
– Script has to be created keeping in mind that future additions will be added. Must be expandable
– All information must be user configurable since the system will be used in more than one company.

This project had been awarded to a previous programmer who did not honor the time period agrred for the proyect. We are way behing schedule and need the programmer to be fully involved in the completion of this project asap

4 types of leagues

1. Time trial software, people doing a qualifying sport e.g. motor racing. Can enter their time online and go up the leader board they have to arrange a time challenge (set by date and time) and then send in a ticket with their time on it (but can only be updated by staff once they see the ticket with their time and proof) Any Ladder can have any of the 4 leagues software?
2. Set points and fixture software like the soccer league and Indy car. Teams enter then after a cut off date set by staff the teams will be given matches to play at certain dates and times (set by staff) over a certain length of time (a season or 2months ect set by staff). If they win the match they get 3 points if they draw 1 and if they loose 0 staff can change the points.
3. Same as above for soccer but more than one team in one fixture like Indy car racing with points for 1st – 6th but can have up to 8 people in one race. For example if 8 people are racing who ever is first gets for example 10points 2nd 8points 3rd 6points 4th 4ponts 5th 2points 6th 1point and the rest none

4. Invite Only Leagues done by staff for example over 18’s only which staff would need to verify their age before letting them in (Staff with 100 rated Permission Only can accept people into these leagues)

User groups category can be used for new leagues e.g. soccer and time trial (if can be done).

1. Player ID’s (e.g. Psn ect and I can change what is required to be filled in) on team pages
2. Player Id’s / players names on profile pages, PSN one needs Fixed and adding a new profile field doesn’t work so needs fixed as well.
3. Challenge Screen extended options e.g. 3 frags on/off part doesn’t work (then what to set it to on or off bit) so needs fixed as well
4. Members cap for teams e.g. doubles ladders ect
5. Pop up message saying when you have been challenged on a members profile page or the home page when they click into the site
6. Ref lights on staff page (for all staff) to say that they are available to ref (blue light to say available) Like war light, can be turned on for a certain period of time.
7. People can upload Live Stream to their profile pages and team page, just need a box so people can add the code into on edit pages and a box 200 X 200 on the page.
8. Add apply to join a team to team pages
9. Team names can be hidden or shown on match finder

Fantasy Football Website

This website should be coded in Coldfusion with a MySQL 5.x. The site will allow users to create accounts in which they can then view reports based on the stored data. The users will purchase the rights to own an account via a PayPal pre-coded button which will be installed at a later time. The site will include 3 forms, one to capture the users new account info, and one that will email one of our experts directly, and a page that allows the owner to enter the players on their team. The site template has already been selected, so the designer will be responsible more for functionality than look and feel. Upon a users registration/sign-in, the home page will then give the user a more custom look based on the information stored in the user table. At this point the user will then be able to look at different reports via PDF’s and results of coded queries. Outside of the a couple of swapped images to give the user a custom feel, an email form and the one time original user info form, the site will be highly static. It will simply allow the user to look over information stored in our database(handled by imbedded queries, sorts), and reports created and uploaded by me.

The query driven pages will display the upcoming week projections and the upcoming year projections for Quarterback, Running Back, Wide Receiver, Tight End, Kicker and Team Defense. These results pages must give the user the ability to sort the data by the requested categories. There will be a query page that gives the user an optimal starting lineup by using his players that he has entered and comparing them to the current weeks projections. There will be a query page that displays updated player news based on the players the user has entered as his.

There will be a static page which displays the users picks of the week. These will be entered manually by me.
