Basically the client wants a system where for the first month you can only use the site if your invited. Acess is granted by a individual code which can be emailed out to there already following market. Upon acces the users can pre order items and will not not be charge until the dispatch date.
I am using the latest version of magento with sage pay as the merchant.
The other problem would be i have a very limited deadline.

I need some help modifying a custom post template in WordPress – and since the previous programmer isn’t responding, I’m putting out for public bidding.
The before.jpg image shows what the page looks like now – the after.jpg shows what it needs to look like … specifically ….
1. The “Selected Resources” content box needs to be aligned with the right hand edge of the video and the gap between it and the “From The Episode” box reduced to accommodate the move.
2. The comments box needs to be styled to match after.jpg
3. We’re using the SimplePress forum plugin and we need to be able to pull in one of the forums and display it as per the “In The Forums” box in after.jpg

Xml Importer For Open Realty
I need a XML importer for Open Realty
The script/addon shall fetch xml feeds from several different real estate websites and import the listings into the openrealty database on my site.
The script should update the xml feeds regularly using CRON
The master Admin will need the ability to add multiple datafeeds for each individual agent and also choose if the agents sold properties are moved to a sold category or deleted.
The listings from each xml feed should be listed under the agents for each xml feed, without affecting the users other listings.
The script/addon should import photos from a Full URL located in the XML file. Thumbnails are to be generated automatically.
Listings that already exist in the database are updated in order to maintain the listing ID, if the listing is sold it is moved to a sold category or deleted depending on the settings in the script.
