I have a client that is looking for the following. Its in essence is an online order management website.

ONLINE ORDER – SALES – PRODUCTION – SHIPPING – CUSTOMER SERVICE

So once the order is placed online by the wholesale client, it will first show up in the pipeline. We need an ability to add, edit, review client profile. Each client profile will have a username and password.

Similarly every department such as sales, production, etc will have their own respective username and password. There will be a super admin user. Super admin user will be able to add, edit, delete the order anytime or have a bird’s eyeview of the order. He will have ability to tabulate this data, view it any which way in terms of sales revenue per month, per year, per item, per category, etc.

Similarly, each department will be able to edit, view and change it when the order moves to their department. Unless one department is done and signs off the order, say until production department is done with the order, shipping cannot touch it and viceversa.

Lastly, the order while in each department should be able to be assigned to any employee. Which means there will be an employee database and its profiles which can be set, validated and priviledges assigned by its department head.

So you get the idea. There will be other fields and details which will be released to you once your bid is finalized. I need the highest level of security built in, ability to backup this data at all times, extremely effective user-friendly interface. It has to be intuitive for non-computer savvy ppl.

Currently I am estimating about 7 departments, 200 employees and about 400 orders per month that will be managed by this system. Can you design it?

vI’m willing to pay $300 for this. It must be done by Tuesday. I’m paying $100 more for the tight time frame.

I have a flash app made. It needs some tweaking. Basically the categories it has need to just be hidden. They will no longer be applicable to the project.

Their need to be function to allow images to save on each side of the shirt. They don’t work right now.

XML needs to be added for easy use to add new products to be called to the application.

Here is how it will work and what you will need to do:

1) Visitor goes to http://project(REMOVE_THIS)server1.info/shorepromotions.com/

2) They can browse categories, subcategories, find the product they need.

3) They choose price, size, quantity, etc. all in the product page which is here: http://project(REMOVE_THIS)server1.info/shorepromotions.com/…

4) Product can be added to “Cart” and user is then shown the shopping cart page. User can update cart for each item or click on “Custom Design” for each product.

5) If they do click on custom design, then the appropriate black outline for that category is automatically shown and user can start to design the shirt. If they upload a picture in word or pdf, then message is shown and file is uploaded.

6) After design is done, user is then shown the cart again but it says “Designed. Click to Edit” for that product only. If they click on that button, then it will allow them to continue the design from where they last left it.

7) User can checkout and purchase.

9. The image of the shirt and what was uploaded (2 seperate files) must be saved for creating the shirt purposes.

So the client whose application this will be for will add the product’s image, title, etc to the xml file. It will then be called to the application. then we just need your designer to save the designed work and give it a unique ID.

Other small work will need to be done. Anyone who accepts this bid will agree to that.

What is needed: (Must be created in PHP/MySQL)

1)People need to be able to purchase credits via PayPal that get added to an account balance automatically via IPN (notify url being in the form code). Preferrably this would be written in a way so other payment processors can be added later easily via a plugin or some such.
2)The single purchase options are able to be created via an admin panel where the admin creates options for different credit amounts for a certain dollar amount.
3)People also need to have the option of signing up for various monthly subscriptions that can be created in an admin interface. The monthly subscription will allow the users a number of alloted credits that are predefined at the time the monthly subscription is designed in the admin panel.
4)People need to be able to sign up for multiple monthly subscriptions if they choose to.
5)Coupon codes should be able to be created for single purchases or monthly subscriptions that only work for whatever product the coupon code was created for.
6)Members need to be able to submit content via TinyMCE to a queue. (Title field and content field)
7)Everytime the user submits a piece of content to the queue a credit is deducted from their balance.
8)If the balance is depleted they will no longer be able to submit content.
9)Users should be able to view their own queue
10)If it is a monthly subscription it should auto add the correct number of credits to their account again at the time the billing cycle renews if payment was successful.
11)The queue needs to be for admin use where the admin can approve or dissaprove of content. Admin should be able to see articles all at once in the queue regardless of who the user is obviously.
12)If the content is disapproved the user is shown a notification when they login to the system. The credit for the submission is added back to the users account until they resubmit the content for approval again.
13)If the admin approves the content it is sent out via xmlrpc to wordpress blogs.
14)The admin needs to have a place where he can add all his urls to the blogs and specify usernames and passwords for the blogs. These can be full urls like http://www.myblog.com/xmlrpc.php
15)These blogs are the ones that will be posted too. When content is approved.
16) Users need to be able to see a report page that shows when their articles were submitted
17) Users should eb able to update their account information.
18) Would like for Aweber auto signups to be possible. If you do not know aweber that is fine just need somewhere in the code to be commented for the email to be sent to aweber and someone else will design the email parser in aweber.
19) At the time the admin approves content in queue they should be able to designate how many sites that the content is going to be posted on. This would be a drop down menu. The sites can just be random… If the admin selects 100 as the value it would be fine if the app just grabs the sites and does an array_shuffle and posts to the first 100 in the array. 100 Should be the default value in the drop down and grow by increments of 100 per the size of the database of sites.

Both products must be available on 2co (Dollar payment gateway) and Interswitch (GTBank- local Bank payment gateway)
share-it (another Dollar payment gateway)is already integrated in the site and it is working fine, it is not however necessary to integrate this at all for cd order it is only available for online subscription
so if a user wants to buy cd version the form page will take details of the user and then present him with 2 options to pay
and if a user wants to pay for online subscription, he must be presented with the options to pay on share-it, 2co or Interswitch (GTBank)

On the frontpage you will Remove Trial subscription and replace with daily pass for N500 or $10
