Php Question….
Hi,

I have these old custom php scripts I’m trying to get working… Yet, they don’t seem to be parsing because of the way they are written.

Instead of statement being written like this…
<?php include”templates/footeradmin.php”; ?>

they are written like this..
<? include”templates/footeradmin.php”; ?>

They will not parse without me adding the “PHP”. There are thousands of these files, and I don’t feel like updating manually. I assume there is a server, apache or php.ini configuration setting that will allow me to parse these files in the original format.
…

Of course I could just do a search/replace… but I would rather not.

I’m running PHP 5.2.12

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I would like to create a WordPress Plugin like

PingCrawl, WordPress plugin

Only it would check a file (ie text file) to see if the tag is a keyword in that file before completing the “pingcrawl”. The current program will try to pingcrawl all tags. If you’re autoblogging you can get some weird tags such as best, worst, biggest, etc. that have no relevance to your site.

My thought is you could populate a text file with keywords that are relevant to your site (probably via Google Keywood tool). Only these keywords would be “pingcrawled” if they are in the tags.

This would stop the “pingcrawling” of unrelated terms

Needs:

Everything for this script needs to be back-end driven by an admin. Through a specific login URL, an admin needs to be able to:

1) Create additional admin accounts
2) Allows me to create Regions or Cities for each offer Category
3) Within each Region or City, I need to create new Products (offers)
a) Which have a SKU, Price, description, physical location, website, images, etc.
b) Maximum number of units that can be sold before inventory runs out.
c) Set the start date of the offer and end date (midnight to midnight, Pacific Time – US)
d) When live, deal is on the Region/City MainPage.
e) When dead (after sold), is not displayed.

Hello everybody,

I am in need for a quick, cheap job. I have a script – check it out on my site – www.Penny2Bid.com – and I customized the script from the original, but this script is from the Feisty Sites. So if you are familar with this and you know how to fix my problem please post. The problem is the auction countdown timer freezes at 0:01.. it never did this before, but then for some reason it just started to. (It also was on Penny2Bid.info, for testing, before – so that might have something to do with it) Also, I need to go into the config file (I think) and make it so that Contact Us and Suggestions form work – along with this the Registration page doesn’t go through (same problem as contact and suggestion) and the Newsletter doesn’t send out. These both should be simple if you are know what you are doing. That is why I am expecting only $10 for this project. The whole contact, suggestion, registrar, and newsletter not working should be the same problem – which should be simple. And the autobidders should be an easy fix too. So please post quickly, I would like to finsh up my site and get it up and running! And for all of you people saying that this is a nulled script, you might think so, but this one has been fixed.. the Bid Buddies work perfect, watchlist works good and all the other features work well.
