My website needs streamlining and updating, the previous designer is no longer available. I need a strong site that drives revenue, fast, impact, and ease of regular changes by me of newsletters, uploading photos etc

This is a pretty big project. You need to be EXCELLENT at reading instructions and understanding them. You will need to be able to have great communication in English as I will walk you through the project but I want you to be able to grasp it on your own by reading the attached instructions.

You need to be excellent at coding PHP, and FLASH , and Designing because there are several pieces that need to be designed from scratch and look good and flow with the website.

The two big components of the project are the Connection Generator, and the Networking Dock, the instructions are outlined in the word doc below. Please read them carefully and only bid if you understand fully what they entail.

Aeogea Project Outline:
1.) Move items on Home page to make room for Connection Generator and Networking Dock
a. Enlarge the Calendar, Upcoming events box, and slideshow on home page and ensure it works flawlessly and doesn’t glitch.
b. Make forums bigger and move down Blogs and Hot Off the Press
2.) Create Connection Generator
3.) Create Networking Dock
4.) Install a Chat option for users
5.) Update Profile and My Account to go along with these updates

I need a 3 social media site catalogs in CSV format.

Each catalog must contain at least 50,000 ROWS of unique data.
Data Contents for each catalog:
1. Unique ID
2. URL of image thumbnail
3. URL of actual item
4. Short Description of text
5. Price
6. Characteristic 1 of the item (for instance FileSize, Size).
7. Characteristic 2 of the item (for instance FileSize, Size).
8. Title
9. Categories

You’ll notice a lot of image results.

If you go to the details of an image, you can get all the columns that are mentioned above.

So, that’s how you would get data for an item.

I need catalogs of data from social media sites (like the link above or similar or something else you’ve seen – may be some video site – it could be anything – as long as it is not porn )

3 different catalogs needed urgently. The urls should be working urls.

I have a script at http://penypawn.net and weve added alot of goodies since conception however lately for some odd reason shes grinding to a halt. now this is only happening on this server i run this same script on another server and it runs fine, well now you may be asking me so just move servers well thats not the point here I need this script to be able to run on any server that meets the basic requirements this server does but for some reason its not running right lately, so I ned to hire someone to co through the error logs and basic structure and find out what the issue is. My auction website www.thedeadskunk.com search engine needs improving. As an example I wish it to work in the same manner as say ebay search engine does, showing the same results.
I had a programmer work on the internal search engine, but parted ways with them, as they were not giving my search engine project the correct and proper attention.
If you are a php wizard who knows how to sort out the boolean search functions for my site, so all is picked up and displayed as per ebay.WITHOUT nasty horizontal page expansions and the loss of other functions, than let me know.Payment will only be made on completion of work.

1) That does require you install SOLR in your server,build an entire indexing / search engine that will make the search 500% faster the site really is slow right now because we are using Mysql instead of SOLR-Lucene indexes for search

2) After that go in and index your existing products database.

3) Make all actions for add/remove/update of your products be in sync with the search index.

4) Integrate the UI for the new search engine where it brings up relevant results in just microseconds.

5) Integrate UI for autosuggest and so forth.

6) When listing, users upload images or pictures to their listings.Sometimes these images are too large in size and the users receive an error message regarding this.I would like the site to work as such, when a user uploads images which are too large, these images are automatically reduced on the fly to a permitted size without any extra load the server and zero image degradation. Also would like all images which are on site to open-up/enlarge upon mouse over without the surfer/searcher/browser having to click on any image in order to get it to enlarge.

7) Fix the search function so the search indexes correctly when it you drill down contextually.

8)Look for “dead people” in the code you already have because it seems to be like it’s not somehow 1000% robust

9)Also the “wanted ad” section needs fixing, as if you wish to place a wanted ad and click on Category>modify or additional category>modify the site just freezes as it takes an age to load said categories.Your original suggestion regarding access to root on server and additions to may solve this.
