Need a VERY pro design. This webpage has one goal, to get people to sign up for a free sports picks newsletter.

Our client is a group of Australian veterinary practices offering a full range of medical services for domestic pets.

The project
We require a small website with generally limited text content but with very high quality graphic design. The site must be welcoming and appealing to pet owners (especially young generation Y families) and effectively advertise the business’ services and e-newsletter.

The site will consist of 5 main pages + 4 sub pages.

The design
The successful bidder will create at least three styles of the template (supplied as jpg or pdf) using the Home Page content. We will provide feedback, and from this you will develop a final design which you will use to create the site.

The design will:
– be modern and stylish
– have obvious, attractive, horizontal navigation
– appeal to pet lovers / owners and young generation Y families
– complement the style of the business logo
– require no scrolling to see content except on the Services page only, which will offer show/hide paragraphs or some other text display/hide function

I need the site to look very very professional.

I’m after an accommodation review site where hotels, B&B’s etc can sign up and add their own accommodation, description and photos of their accommodation – and they can change photo’s, description themselves at any time. So there will need to be a login section (username & password) for hotel owners etc where they can manage their own advertising space.

I also want people to be able to do a search for accommodation (will be Australia only). So they can do a search for a certain area, or town, or postcode, and it will display the list of accommodation (note: it will display all hotels in that area and will not keep track if they have available rooms – so advertising only, no room management)

I also want it where people can leave reviews about the properties. So a 5 star rating plus comments about this.

I need full control over everything. So I want to be able to change anything the hotel owners have put up, take down their photos if needed, change passwords etc, suspend accounts, etc. I also need to be able to modify and remove any user comments about the hotels.

Front page of the site will be a search site, where people can search by location and other criteria. When they click the search button, it should display a summary of each hotel (maybe 20 per page), and people can click into a hotel to get more detailed information – pics, reviews, etc. This page must also include a google map of the location but no contact information about the hotel. There should be a button which says something like “display hotel details” and then it will display the address, phone number, etc of the hotel, plus also a google map of the exact location. Within the google map, you should be able to zoom out, zoom in, and drag the map north, south, east, west to see the surrounding areas.
I also want this web site to be set up for optimal search in search engines. So if you can help with this, its a bonus.

I’m breaking this project down into parts. It’s coldfusion work.

I’m willing to pay $45 for this work to done. My client has a cms system already made and working. He wants the people using his template system to have dynamic stylesheet and be able to upload their logos.

Here’s what he says:

Right now each new site using the merced theme created from the merced directory in the default site.. Each theme and each new client gets their own style sheet. Right now when I sign up a new site.. The first thing I have to do is download it and change the logo to their logo manually. Then I have to change the height and width of the logo in the style sheet.

Then for further customization I change the primary nav background in the style sheet to either a color or an image, I change the default hyperlink color, I change the form button background color, etc..etc..etc.. I’m asking that you make those things dynamic so the customer can change them themselves using swatch pop ups for colors and browse buttons for images.

I dont know if this can be done. I want to set up a free web-based email service provider that will allow users to register an email on my website. i.e hotmail, gmail, etc. For example if my website is www.test.com, then their email address will be name AT test.com.
The users can access their email from my website (read, forward, reply..etc) -online.
Another service that i would like to provide is for users to be able to set up a homepage on my website. (index.html as the first page).
for example if user ‘paul’ want to publish a homepage through my website, then his url will be www.test.com/paul or www.test.com/pau/index.htm
