Complete Website For Bar Asap
I am looking for a designer and coder to build a website for a bar. It needs to have the following:

Flash elements which are easily updated
STAFF area where staff members can login and check there rota etc
Forum – vBulletin skinned pref.
Photo gallery with easy update – maybe using gallery2 skinned
Menu for our food
Contact page with google map API included

The concept is to make the website look modern, dark, elegant while still looking like a fun place to be. It should also feature the ‘mood’ poster/design each night of the week: eg Greedy Tuesdays, Flirty thursdays – and this should be displayed on the main page (thats what the poster/image would be)

There is not a huge budget for this – I have a price locally from a designer however I want to ensure I can get quality for less by using scriptlance. I have had good results in the past.

The designer NEEDS to communicate via Windows Live Messenger, should be available to start ASAP and can be dedicated to get the website up and running in the soonest time possible. IF there are no problems with the work from the designer and we’re both happy, I would like an ongoing relationship to maintain and update the website as and when its needed.

I need a clone of RegOnline DOT COM. Features I need are:

That is it. We must be able create multiple events for different companies and add customer HTML for the design of the event website.

We will need a MSSQL or MySQL database. It can be built in ASP, PHP or any other common web language. We would like to include as many AJAX features as we can.

Cent Auction – Modifications
We’ve bought an “Cent Auction Script” and started applying a new HTML\CSS to the script and some modifications.

Meanwhile, our programmer got sick and the project is “stuck” since a couple of weeks.

We need someone to pick up where he left and correct some things that we’ve detected not being quite right. The script is developed in plain PHP (no frameworks) + javascript\jQuery:

* BUG – Sometimes the auction counters just stop. The AJAX requests are functioning well, but the table referring the time update stops getting incremented. This is a pure PHP issue.

* BUG – The autobidder doesn’t function at all. Both issues (the above and this one) seem to be related – when an auto bidder is placed, the auctions stop.

* BUG – The bid button doesn’t work on some pages (it’s a matter of linking the button to the correct javascript function).

* FEATURE – Remove all e-mail sending apart from the registration form.

* SECURITY – Give a look into the script an make sure it’s tight and secure. Verify if all info is escaped before insertion on database and that all XSS attacks will be prevented.

* HTML\CSS Fix – There are some small modifications that need to be made at this level. The script is intend to run on Firefox 3.0\IE7 & IE8\Opera\Safari\Chrome. There are some HTML\CSS issues on some pages. They need to get fixed.

* FEATURE – Implement MoneyBookers as a payment gateway (Express Checkout).

I would also like to get a quote to implement a new auction type (reverse auction). But this on a separate project.

Add Membership To Website
Looking to offer membership in my existing php based website. The membership area will be mostly php based pages.

Requirements:

*Codes should be clearly documented.

*There would be ability to offer multiple levels of memberships:
a. Free membership (with opt-in for mailing list): Members would join by giving First Name, email address and repeat a phrase on displayed on screen (to avoid auto-script). Once joined, member will receive an email with username and password information. Member has option to retrieve forgotten password and set own password. Free members has access to limited php pages.
b. Pay membership (First level). Same as free member but will need to pay via paypal. Once paid, they will be provided email with link and password information. First level member will have access to all free member pages, but also extra pages exclusive to paid members.
c. Pay membership (Second level). Same as first level membership, but member will pay more annually to access to more exclusive pages to second level members.
d. The admin should have the ability to easily add subsequent higher level of memberships in the future.

*3 times of fail login would require user to enter an extra phrase appear on screen to deter hacking.

*Member will have a member account area where they could view they membership information, upgrade membership, view purchased history, etc.

*The administrator will have management area to view members information including level of memberships. Administrator can easily add or remove membership for members.

*The administrators will have easy way to maintain mailing list and easily mail updates to members in the list. Admin should have option to select particular mailing list. For example, Admin could send to just free members, just to first level members, just to second level members, just to paid members, or to all members, etc.

*Admin could do all sort of data retrieving like check total number of paid members, check number of join members (able to sort by dates, membership levels, member access histories, member purchase history), , etc.

*There should be a way to stop/track account sharing. Please provide suggestion.

*Payment is via Paypal. Once paid, membership should be auto setup and members would automatically receive confirmation email. If user cancel paypal payment during the joining process, the script should know and would not mistakenly provide membership access.

*There should be auto reminder of membership renewal and member should have the ability to allow auto renew in their account. There should be a way for the Admin to set the default reminder message in the Admin area.

Smarty Php Gizmo Needed
I need a simple php gizmo that
allows me to write links into my content, wherein the
link is relayed via a php script into a frameset,
thus always appearing the header.htm of my own site
when pointing to external pages which will display
in the lower frame.

I have the php snippet that does this and am using
this setup on another site already, BUT in THIS case
I want to accomplish this without coding, while
naming each frameset/linksplit by a unique name:

say: instead of linking to www.someothersite.com
I would now link to www.mysite.com/2/3/4/read_this_23.php
containing the header.htm and frameset details, the
external link and all that with a click or two via
a dreary web interface.

Magento Right To Left
I have installed a demo store on my domain and my customers will be using the hebrew language so all of the directions of models will be Right To Left while Magento is installed as Left To Right(default).

I need to get all component to be algined to right (as text) and everything should be RTL.

Radio buttons should be to the right of text and the same for check boxes (and whatever controls should be converted to be RTL as well).
also the search box.

I need a complete RTL package built based on blue theme that comes with Magento u can find it in google as magento Blue Theme.

***One of the requirement is to show what has been modified in detailes (in CSS, html and phtml files,all the neccery files) its very important for me ,if u cant do it please dont bid on this project.

Report Generate With Php/mysql
This is a accounting software therefore I would need someone to help me complete a scripting page using PHP and MYSQL coding. The job is required to does the following.

– Record an entry of payment either by Check/Cash in MYSQL.
– Calculated the customer balance left brought forward from previous payment and include the current payment.
– Based on the amount of payment marked paid in the invoices table based on the earliest date ascending, until it reaches value of the total paid amount.
– Update the remaining balance of the amount into the customer record balance in the MYSQL.
– Generate a text report based on this with the Payment details, Invoices being cleared and balance left over. And store the text report in the MYSQ entry to be used by another program later.
