Mysql Database Intergation
Okay so heres what I need.

Ladder Phpfox Integration
Site is currently running phpfox 1.6.20, I would like to integrate the free open source gaming ladder script “Squash’s PHP Ladder” into my site so that members who sign up for my site also have an account for the ladder and are automatically logged into it when visiting the ladder’s page, just like how they are auto logged into my IPB forums. If this is possible, please post prices.

Full Time Programmer
We are an IT solutions firm in Tokyo and we have several large corporate clients that we manage web sites for aswell as our own productive web sites.

Much of the work is with Japanese language site front ends and data collection however we have Japanese staff and I personally speak, read and write Japanese. We do not expect candidates to understand Japanese but they should be willing to do Google Translate sometimes if required. The programming ofcourse is not Japanese but uses language files.

We are running many web shops in the Zen Framework in both English and also with some that have Japanese in the admin and front end.
We will be collecting data from japanese websites and inserting it into our sites. This is a large portion of the work.

We expect the candidate to have a very good understanding of PHP and MySQL and database design and implementation. We would also expect the candidate to be fully devoted to our work and to check in with us each morning to go over issues or just to say what will be happening for the day and also so we can communicate the work required.

We have worked with many programmers on SL and are well versed in technology and databasing and web design.

We have our own full time web designer in our office so design work is not required. However we do consider HTML, CSS as programming and if needed we would require this to be completed also. However we do not expect a lot of this at all.

If you feel that you have a very high knowledge of PHP and programming we are interested in your portfolio and would gladly talk further in the PMB.

Our GMT is +9 so please state your GMT so we can know when you would be starting work in the morning.

We would also prefer to use one IM Gtalk or Skype and so on for communication.

Oscommerce Fixes
I have some fixes that have to be made to an osCommerce site. Mostly layout and alignment issues but some functionality. Nothing too complex.

Should have a good knowledge of osC. This is a quick turnaround project that will have to be completed with the next 12 hours or so.

Google Base Data Api Script 2
Need a clone of http://carsearch.letsgetcool.com/ – no design necessary just the coding. Basically it pulls cars from google base. I will need to be able to edit some paramaters so as to make the site more geo targeted, or vehicle make/model targeted.

Webmaster Admin Section Needed
This project may contain some sexually explicit material so if you are easily offended or under the legal age to view such material, this project is not for you.

I am looking for someone to help me create a back end admin section for the webmaster of the website. The webmaster needs to be able to update different sections on the website and the website also needs to be able to automatically update each day from a “reserve” of links. The reserve will be filled up by the website and each day 5 links from each reserve will be added to the different pages of the website.

As you can see its pretty simple in structure. This index page does not update automatically. The only way it updates is when the webmaster adds new links, deletes links or edits existing links, all from within the admin section I need you to help me create.

Browser Problem 2
Hi,

We have a problem with the way our website (home page) displays in some browsers.

If you go to this site, you can see a green button bar on the left hand side. In some browsers this button bar is dispayed wrong, in some other location on the page, covering the text. See attached screen shots to see the problem.

Php Screenshot And Crop
Need a web application that takes a URL as a parameter, then converts that into a screenshot, then allows you to view the image and crop out the area of the image you want to keep. Should function similar to the facebook profile picture feature that allows you to put a box around your uploaded picture and crop only the area you want to display.

This just needs to be a stand alone demo script that provides the functionality. No integration with other applications or graphics is required. Please specify previous experience with this type of application and explain any special tools or software required.

Server environment is PHP 5. This should work in the browser (IE, Safari, FireFox) using a php script.

About 5-10 minutes, if you want to change the order of news. How can I add a new news item, btw? Is there are a specific page for that? Or it also should be fixed?

This did work at one time, but it had the newest news on the bottom instead of at the top.

PowerPoint: I’m using Office 2007, but for some reason I don’t see any text information on some slides, there are just arrows.

No, this is for the use login area, then clicking “View Matches” for an item, and the 3 steps in that area. Just opening up the java buttons.
