I need basically 2 forms created. One form is fairly long but not overly complex and the other form is short and simple.

These forms are for a loan application website.

In order to get an idea of what the form will require simply search a few mortgage or loan websites and see what the forms look like and how they behave.

I will provide you with a few example forms, as well as all the fields neccessary and any validation/rules for the form.

The forms data should be sent to my email addy, with the data also stored in a database if its not too much extra work just in case I have problems with my email for some reason.

Basically, you have to create a desktop application, preferably in .Net (C#) but no restrictions.

And the desktop application will retrieve historical data of symbols as well as user account information into the application and/or copy it to our own database.

That’s the main part as basically we just want to build a progress report.

There are smaller other parts as well, but will be given to only bidders who prove themselves to be capable of this project.

I am looking for someone to help me create a back end admin section for the webmaster of the website. The webmaster needs to be able to update different sections on the website and the website also needs to be able to automatically update each day from a “reserve” of links. The reserve will be filled up by the website and each day 5 links from each reserve will be added to the different pages of the website.

As you can see its pretty simple in structure. This index page does not update automatically. The only way it updates is when the webmaster adds new links, deletes links or edits existing links, all from within the admin section I need you to help me create.

We have a problem with the way our website (home page) displays in some browsers.

If you go to this site, you can see a green button bar on the left hand side. In some browsers this button bar is dispayed wrong, in some other location on the page, covering the text. See attached screen shots to see the problem.

The project is:
– to review the code on our home page and find out why some browsers display the page in this wrong way.
– to explain to us how we should alter the code to solve this problem.
