What I need now is an Electronic Invoicing Solution, implementing the following guidelines:
1. Invoices need to be sent via email automatically after paypal payment is completed.
2. Invoices will be sent as PDF attachement.
3. Each Invoice will have a unique number and will use the transaction data from the site (template attached).
4. Emails sent with the invoices must be DIGITALLY SIGNED, by a recognized authority.

I need an application that can be built using Visual Studio 2008 with the visual basic 2008 .net framework 3.5 programming language.

Basically it will look in the first field of each line of the CSV and add it to a list. The user can then select one item of the list, and hit edit, and it will allow them to edit all fields for that row.

Then can also delete whole lines, and add new line items to the CSV file (although no new fields can be created).

I also need the same exact program created as a PHP script that will allow someone to upload a CSV file and then edit the same way as it’s done here, and then download it once finished editing it.

1. We need someone to fix the google maps in the site so that initially they load as static maps and then once clicked they allow users to zoom etc.

2. Currently we use panoramio for images in the main profile. We need to switch to Flicker api to pull images from them for related businesses. Also need to create a frame so that it gives credit to flicker site and the flicker user.

3. Twitter api, currently twitter pulls tweets for a perticular business. We need to set this with geocoding so that if there are not tweet for the business name then the area is populated with city tweets maybe by geocode or city names.

I am looking for a coder that can convert our working cronjob geocoding code into a plugin to work with our data and that can be ran by the admin calling up a .php file in the browser URL Command line

The above cronjob now runs every hour and does about 500-600 per day, Goggle has a daily limit of 15,000 per day.

So I need to be able to run the GeoCoding PHP file and have it check the last time it ran, if less then 24 hours then message will reply back as to the next time it can be ran (i.e., Next GeoCoding process runtime in: = x hours, x minutes, x seconds).

If more then 24 hours then it will run the daily geocoding to get the longitude and latitudes data, it will then run and process up to a maximum of 14,987 addresses from within the DB (just under the Goggle 15,000 daily (to be safe!).
