I am looking for an experienced Web designer to build some simple website pages as a test with the intention to have him build sites on a fulltime basis. The designer should have excellent experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, CSS, & other web designing tools. Joomla experience would be an asset.

I am only looking for experienced designers that can build html (with flash, etc.) professional sites in excellent time frames (1 day for 3 pages if i give you an exact example site/template).

The designer has to be honest and professional with a flair for design and attention to detail. The long term job would be a work from home position and the designer will have to be accessible via phone, chat, and e-mail when required.

This current job/skills test is to build three html pages of a site that will be 95% based on a template site example that i have attached two small screen shots of. The pages will have to be uploaded on the web and changed/adjusted with small adjustments once the first draft (home, 1 inner, and contact Us pages) are complete. That is the process that my company normally uses to build client sites.

The selected designer should finish the noted first draft (three pages) within one day before i note the small adjustments needed after that.

My Bermuda based company specializes in designing & hosting affordable websites for small & medium sized businesses/organization. We currently have a designer and developer working for us from India. For ongoing work, we pay via icici transfer (in India) or paypal otherwise.

We are looking at replacing our current designer who works full time for us. He is currently getting paid 25,000 (INR) per month ($555 US) to build 3-5 websites, setup e-mail accounts, domains, etc. for those sites. Additionally, he does other various duties such as business card/flyer, etc. design, site testing, etc.

The sites are quite easy to build since I provide specific examples (templates/sites) and have him build them before changing them after the first draft to make them fit for the client.

The designer that i hire in his place will have to do those kinds of simple tasks on a monthly basis. It is not very much work overall but important to me to get done well and on time since my business tries to give good service and value to our clients.

I have a shop-script based website. I wish to be able to track, which buyers come from where. E.g., when a person comes to the site, his referrer URL must be saved (or, if he types the URL directly into his browser’s address line, save this info). And if he completes an order, referrer URL must be added to his order details.

There should be a page (table), listing:

0. Referrer URLs
1. The total number of visitors from each referrer
2. How many of them made a purchase
3. Average revenue per buyer
4. Total revenue per buyer
5. CPC – cost per click (a textbox, with default value ZERO, that I can edit)
6. OLD referrer URLs (a list)

Each NEW visitor should receive a cookie, so that if he originally comes from a certain referrer URL, doesn’t buy right away but buys later, the script would check the OLD referrer URL in the cookie (or do some other test), and if an old referrer exists, add it to “6. OLD referrer URLs” list.

I would like a site with the front page similar to www.liveunited.org/ and for the rest of the pages of the site it will be the same as the front page except that the 2 extensions in the middle of the page will be replaced with a regular content area. i have attached a sketch of how I want the front page customized. I will supply you with that PSD. Also, the extensions in the middle of the page for the left one I found http://joomla1.5.youjoomla.info/youtravel/extras/yj-news-slider-70.html but for the one on the right I have yet to find one. It is your job to find/create one that looks like the one on the sketch, you can also see that the extensions will be able to scroll to right and loft to view different faces and quotes from them.

There will also need to be a photo gallery with sub-categories using a flckr component.

Also there will need to be a SSL donation page. I will supply the cert.

also there should be a easy way to insert pdf’s.
