We would like a desktop app that is able to scrape backpage.com and craigslist.org and other sites similar to this. The program should be able to function on windows xp, vista and 7 as we use all 3

We would like the program to be pleasing to look at with our logo in it without other branding from other parties.

The scrapper should be able to pull any and all information from any city state and category of our choosing. Being able to pull images associated with the ads would be a plus.

It should be easy to use and setup from the program itself and not an external file.

The information that is scrapped should be stored in a file format that we can use to upload to a database so that its simple to use and transfer the scraped information to our sites with minimal effort.

I currently own a Multi-player spades program.I require a programmer to go into my current program and ad a “ELO chess rating system” so it will rank players by each match they play, I also have the ranking icons for each level the achieve. It would more than likely need a separate data base to track each players match play.
Also I want to change out the card deck in my program to a larger numbered deck of cards which I have.I also want to change the card sound wav. file in the program for when a card is played. And last thing a simple graphic change to the way I have my program named.
Method of payment, the programmer that gets the bid I will pay half of the money to, to start.Then when program is delivered 1 week after delivery the other half paid to make sure the program is running smoothly.
Also when bidding, if you do an exceptional job, there will be plenty of more programs to work on in the very near future.

The database must have reporting capability for a novice person who can easily access the records and run reports by field type. We need an expert php programmer to make a few changes to our existing mlm script, for example send the generated pdf commission statement to the member’s email address on the database. We also need to add a bonus pay-out amount to be added to the member’s commission if certain criteria are met.
