Fix My Simple Webform
This is a very fast and simple job for someone that knows what they’re doing. Here’s what I need. Please go to this website and scroll all the way to the bottom:

See the form? Well it’s configured to work with a sendmail PHP script, but my client (the girl on the site) chose to use godaddy as her web host, and my script doesn’t work on there. They are using some other kind of form mailer script, and I don’t have time to figure out how to integrate their script with my form.

I just need you to read over this simple webpage here:

So that’s it. Just integrate their code into my HTML form and send me the code to copy and paste onto my site. Simple. Set the form to a dummy email address, and I’ll change it myself.

Client Screening Room & Admin
Greetings programmers,

We are a video production company and our website has a “client screening room” where we post quicktime files for our clients to review. I would like to update it an add a couple features to it. Please review description carefully and bid only if you are able to do the job on the budget from start to finish.

Strong attention to detail is a must. Please provide link to portfolio and references with the bid.

Here are the sections and work that needs to be performed-

-a more user friendly and modern design (color scheme and fonts)

-a more user friendly file upload application – We mostly upload .mov files, but occasionally we do upload .mpeg, .mp4, .m2t, .aif, .aiff, .mp3, .zip, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .psd, .eps… Our average files size is 50MB to 125MB. Currently there are no issues with the uploader except that it is extremely NOT user friendly. I would like to build a simple “browse for file” type of uploader (similar to those used on Youtube and Google). It’s important that the database doesn’t time out during large file uploads!

-add option to make files “down-loadable” (if box is unchecked, clients will only be able to watch the file on the site)

-create admin account that will control videos on the “Portfolio” page of the website – Currently, the portfolio section is programmed manually and is not connected to the admin section.

CLIENT SCREENING ROOM:

-video should be previewed in a Lightbox that will adjust to the appropriate size of the video (quicktime format, – sample: http://www.nickstakenburg.com/projects/lightview/)

-file info should be automatically displayed underneath file description (Example: Format: H.264, 340×191, Millions, AAC, 2 channels, 48000Hz, Size: 10.2MB, Rate: 1,273 kbit/s) – There is no such functionality at the moment. These details are embeded into every movie file, but i’m not sure how to extract them. If you open a .mov file in quicktime and click on “Info” (ctrl + i or File>Info..) you will get a pop up window that displays all this information. Please confirm when bidding whether you can create this functionality or not. Thanks.

-download button should be hidden unless “down-loadable” box is checked in admin

-unless custom thumbnail image was uploaded, thumbnail should display first frame of the video

-if file isn’t video (for example a zip, pdf or word doc instead), thumbnail should display a no-image jpeg

-see new client screening room page design attached

Conversion Of Html Nav To Php
I am looking for a programmer who can convert the navigation code on our HTML site to PHP or something that is more maintainable. There are currently about 65 pages that need to be updated. Our current site is www.telesecret.com.

I am also looking a part-time programmer and designer that would be willing to work regularly on a long-term basis to make website changes, script changes and design/graphic changes.
