Webpage Replicating and Lead Management System

This purpose of this project is to have a website replicator that has visually appealing administrators back office as well as the customers back office. I want this to be an all-in-one lead generation and lead management system. I am confident as I grow my Lead Capture System that I will have more features that I would like to implement in the future and would like to build a great relationship with the winning bidder. I am looking for experienced developers that have a SOLID understanding of PHP, CMS, and preferably replicated site experience. If you do not have experience with replicated sites but are able to show me systems that you have developed along with excellent feedback then I would be open to working with you. This is a project that has to be precise in its functionality. My goal is to promote my Lead Capture System to a high degree and I need the following features to work seamlessly with each other. This project is critical and I contemplated software that has been around for many years, however, none have all of the features that I would like to have implemented.

Security needs to be a priority. Please be familiar with security practices with PHP and any CGI calls that are used. I cannot risk losing so much hard work to security issues that would risk my reputation.

I currently have site replication software that I have been using for the past year. I will need to be able to make the current system have a seamless transition to the new system once it is complete. I can provide information relating to my current system such as a manual and the PHP source code. I am not saying that you copy it, I am using it for reference as it already have some similar features that I will need this project to have. I would like to keep the tags used to match the current MySQL database for easy integration and to match the tags in my sites html files. I can provide the manual that was provided to me when I purchased it that contains them. I am not looking for an exact clone. I want this be unique to what features I want and not a clone that would consider the source code a “rip-off.” It has some of the features that I would like. I need to have it trimmed of a few featured, customized with new ones, and something much more visually appealing for the administrators and members view. I want me and the user to “feel” the power of the system through it’s interface. The one I am using now is far from visually appealing. It is outdated and generic in both the admin and members back office.

I am looking for a simplified installation interface that will allow me to have a new install up and running quickly onto a new server. I listed below that I want to have an export/import option that would allow me to change servers as easy as I possibly can for an unforeseen emergencies with the server it is hosted on.

I currently use PayPal subscriptions but it does not have the ability to allow me to manage who needs to be charged each month depending on if they have 3 referrals. When a member gets 3 referrals, they get their site free unless they drop below 3 referrals. I need a solution that can monitor when members have 3 or more referrals and not charge them their monthly renewal. When they drop below their 3 referrals and it hits their monthly anniversary date it would start charging them again until they get 3 or more referrals again. I would be interested in knowing what solution could be setup to make this possible as this is very important.

I am also open to more/better features that the ones I have listed. I am looking for a professional in the field that can help guide me along the way in fine tuning this project into a very unique and powerful system. I have placed all of the features that I can think of at the moment. I am sure the gurus here will some ideas that can streamline this project. Let me know what you need clarified and what you can do to make this more powerful that what it already is.

I need a web designer or programmer to set up wordpress on 17 websites for me. I will give the winner access to the WP admin area of the website in the attached file. This will enable you to see all the plugins that you will need to install and setup and make functional. It will also help you see the modification I did to header, footer, etc.

You will:

– install wordpress on each site. WordPress is available on the cpanel of each site.

– provide about 5 (FREE) different WP themes that doesn’t need copyright statement at the bottom. The themes must be able to look almost like the one on the website in the attached file to this project. You will set up the sites, the same way or almost the same way the one in the attached file is set up. Due to different WP themes, a little change (subject to my approval) is allowed but not major.

– provide me all the WP themes you are going to use for my approval.

– make a page and post one article on the page. (I will provide the articles). This page will be the static homepage.

– make another page, and that will be the post page. The title used for this page will be the keyword that I will provide.

– Create both “Contact Us” page and “Privacy Policy” page.

– design a name in paintshop or photoshop just like the one on the website in the attached file. Name design will hyperlink to homepage. Logo is not required.

– “Advertise Here” banner in the header will hyperlink to “Contact Us” page.

– put everything as seen on the attached file e.g. adsense code, CB links, News section. I will provide all needed codes.

– put all the widgets as seen on the attached file e.g. Search Box, Recent Post, Tags, etc.

– install all the plugins as seen in the admin area of the website in the attached file.

Notes:

1. Please, be flexible. Things may change a little bit, but not major.

2. I will provide the list of the sites to the winner.

3. Please, PM me if you have any questions.

4. Samples of the past project done will help in making my decision.

I need 25 short paragraphs written. Each paragraph must be a minimum of at least 100 words in length. It can be as long as long as you want beyond the 100 words minimum. I will provide the 1 topics with 6 keywords that each of the paragraphs should be roughly about. Each topic will have one main keyword and 5 secondary keywords.

The main keyword for the topic will need 20 different paragraphs written for it and each of the 5 secondary keywords will each need 5 paragraphs written for it.

I want all the same functionality with the: Share option, facebook connect login options. Update your status on Fiverr.com and it shows up on facebook with a link. Paypal payment options ordering just like fiverr.com. Twitter bar on the right, categories, Like options, Reviews after project completed, search bar.

Please explain how the paypal would work, that part I am unsure of given the fees involved. Would it be kept in escrow? Would a commission on all oders be doable? or say users would pay x+7 and the x would be sent to the user and the 1/2 would be in fees and the other half kept in host account?

*A simple, highly stuctured XML set that once implemented will not require future changes be implemented by your programmer as our XML design is “Self Maintaining”.
