Need Help With Breezingforms
I have a form set up on my joomla site that uses BreezingForms. I have set up the for correctly, but for some reason the summary page will not show any results. I need this fixed ASAP. Also, when the user clicks the submit button, I need this form data sent to the printer (with the image of the check printed below). I do not need the header/ navigation/ or any other information to print.

I have a people search script developed that needs a face to put to it. Please take the following:

I would like a design around this search form and placed on anybrithday.info. Search will use the available search criteria in the existing form. No scripting changes needed just HTML or layout design only please.

I’m not looking for flash or asking for any fancy graphic work. Just a professional looking search form with some content that talks about the flexibility of the search. If you have free graphics you can use them but not wanting to purchase graphics. This is a free search with no ads and I don’t want to invest a great deal in design.

I do not need a membership section or anything more than a nice looking front end to the script and form. I think this form could be presented in a better way. I’m just not a designer and have no talent in this area. I’m not asking for any links on the page now to be fixed, just remove them please and make a decent looking search. =)

I need a custom built flash player. It must have all the usual functions. I’m open to any design, but the buttons must look nice and slick.

The key is that I need the flv video being played to automatically pause after X amount of seconds, and the video area to say “click here to continue”. When clicked the video will resume, but a new window will also launch.

I have a database that gathers checked out orders from a website that needs to be completed it is 90% done , it does recognize checked out order compared to previewed orders , it has multi admin levels , its for a essay writing company, basically how it works it the writers log in and get their own log in and password , then they simply grab the checked out orders that come in once done writing the essays then they simply upload it to the database where the proofers can come in and proof the essays out. Also there is a writing manager admin and a regional manager , and just Admin , and a proofing manager admin , all have dif access , all this is all ready done in the database . Right now i have a guy working on it but he needs little more help. All this is all ready done in the database but we are just basically making the database more user friendly. I paid a guy all ready to get it to this point but now i need another to wrap it up and help this guy whos working on finish it up. Larry the guy who is working on it now is basically cleaning up the code to make it easier for the next person to do the database and try to get my user friendly fixes done to it but is taking to long. I have 4 sites that need to be connected to the database. The database need to be in each site so the sites dont link out to another site for SEO purposes i dont want any of my 4 sites linking out to any sites. Please list bid amounts that would cover 2 to 3 weeks of work. Must be able to start asap. I want to finish this project.
