We need an improved PHP scrip so send newsletter.

Here today’s situation:
– We can sort the email addresses to send newsletter.
– We choose mail server and send html or text newsletter.

This is what I would like to have in addition:
– Newsletter is sent one by one.
– By using AJAX I can see if newsletter is sending or sent in real time.
– Identify and address deliverability problems in real-time.
– Automatically processes hard bounces.

Here our environment:
Php5 with PEAR DB library, ffmpeg library, mysql5 with Sphinx SE

I need someone experienced. i have integrated google checkout, everything working fine , apart from response handler. it always give error “the error we got is Send failed with code: 401. Response body was: Invalid Merchant Id/Key Pair”
So i need your 30mins to 1 hour time, so you explain me whole response handler and everything should work at the end.

1. Generate machine compliance report
o Antivirus status (i.e. virus infection, definition date…)

o Firewall
o In secure setting
o Registry or file changes
o New Account creation or system change
o Machine information: IP address, machine name, MAC address, Domain name and User logon name
2. Report/Dashboard: Client compliance status
3. Custom query to generate a compliance report
4. Execute a command on an endpoint (with agent installed)
5. Information stores on a database (i.e MySQL or MSSQL)

Client Side:
