I will create a DB backup of it in MySQL [the format of the mySQL database is very easy to understand and is based on Interspire website publisher. There are only 4-5 key tables.]

I need you to extract the articles, categories, authors, and pages and then load into WordPress.

The fields in MySQL need to be mapped to WordPress fields. Some code may be required to accomplish conversion.

All articles must come across as blog posts, and all authors must be properly assigned. Any links and author bio must come over properly to the new site.

The articles must not have garbage characters in them.

You must agree to not copy or keep the data after completion of the project.

I will setup a new WordPress install for you to load.

Clipshare Problem

We need someone to fix a problem we have with clipshare.

We have a problem when we try to upload videos:

We currently get this error message —

Failed to get video duration! Converted video not found!?

Plus, the videos are not being converted. They upload and are in the /video/ folder for the site, but they don’t get moved over to the /flvideo/ folder.

So currently the uploader uploads the video file, then it shows up that the file was uploaded… BUT the THUMBS are not working and the conversion is not working.

We need to get clip-share working 100% with no issues.

We need to make sure the server is prep to run clipshare. We already paid someone here to do the install of ffmpeg etc., so your job is to make sure they did the right install.

I have a problem with my web site.

when i try to open the webpage its a blank web page.

And from the administration panel when i try to login i receive this message :

Sh404sef Expert Needed

I need to understand how to use sh404sef. We have installed this component alongside FJ related for a Joomla site. I have also installed an extension for sh404sef to make it compatible with FJ related

Here are a few issues to resolve:
1) to change some URLs, and redirect automated URLs to come here instead. (I have created custom URLs but they don’t seem to work)
2) to remove ?layout=blog from the URLs for blog layouts
3) to remove some URLs that the component automatically creates and stop it from creating them in future (pages we don’t want indexed)

If you have used sh404sef with FL related, that is a bonus and we would consider you to work with us on this.

Simple Medical Office Site

I’m looking for a simple, inexpensive medical office site that is SEO’d for my geographic area.
I’d like it be in wordpress, as I’m somewhat familiar with it and I want to be able to add my own content as it evolves. I’m open to discussion about the CMS.

The Basic Vision:
I’m not looking to do a blog with daily or weekly posts. It’s going to be a basic website. I will want to be able to add articles and sections to the menu.

There should be a banner across the top with some photos.

FRONT PAGE should have a headshot with an introduction to my practice. At some point soon I’d like to make that a video intro, but to start off, it should be text with a photo.

I’d like a notification and newsletter signup box on the upper right.
