I need a clone of an existing website as a full featured theme for wordpress.
You could use the free wordpress theme vigilance (from wordpress org) to get a full featured admin-panel. (But only use the neede things)

– automatic image resizing with timthumb.php
– 6 Color Sets (Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Grey, Red), choosable at the theme-admin-panel. Only for Hoover-effect and buttons.
– Theme don’t habe to use any plugins. All functions must be directly coded in the theme.
– Full Widget-Ready Sidebar(s) that supports all default widgets (e.g. calendar …)
– all custom-fields must be start with an underscore.
– (X)HTML and CSS must be full validate (i will validate it with the W3C validators)
– must be viewable with the same look in all current browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)

Index :
Top – wp_list_pages menu. Possibilitys to exclude pages at the them-admin-panel.
Main – Featured Post Slider. Category for featured post must be setup at the theme-admin-panel. With a click on the image the user will be linked to the post.
I don’t need “Send me a mail” and “Request Quote” section.
Footer – wp_list_pages menu. Possibility to exclude pages at the theme-admin-panel

Page Portfolio (Page-Template)
– List of all posts of the category.
– Category could be setup with a meta_box at the page-admin.
– First Image of the attachments.
– Link to the post.

Page News (Page Template)
– Like Page Portfolio but with a smaller image.
– Title and excerpt at the right side of the image
– Please design a nice look and feel.

Page Contact (Page Template)
– I don’t need a own contact form but support for the contact-form-7 plugin, so please add nice CSS for Inputs, selects and submits.

Single Post Layout (not seen at the refeence)
– Nice Design that fit’s to the rest of the page
– At the top the post title, with smal date, author and categorie
– After this the first image from attachments (in the same size as from portfolio)
– After this all other attachments images as small thumbnails. With a click on a thumbnail the image will be displayed as top big image (like the galleria JS)
– Afer this content and comments
