We have a Joomla site that will replace a local in-house payment system for football website. We need to track players, cheerleaders, and coaches. The new Joomla system will have the following features.

Online player registration using an online forms and will integrate with Virtuemart for the purchase of registrations, pads and equipment.

They have existing user database is in MS Access and will need to be imported from an Access to MySQL. The forms flow will need to be created based on the following flowchart. The Virtuemart payment modules will accept Paypal and Authorize.net. We also need to create several custom payment reports that would pull from MySQL. We will have a Scholarship option that will use a standard virtuemart coupon code. The admin will create the coupon codes for the scholarship requests that are specific only to the registrations not the pads or equipment. The admin will also flag users that did not return pads and equipment from the previous season. Any player that does not return the pads will be manually flagged by the admins and prevent the player from registration without paying the fee for the unreturned equipment.

A user will be able to edit certain details, and see payment history.

i want to upgrade adsmanager module ,like this : i want to add categories and sub categroies in the admin mode seprately it means if my root category is country so my sub category is city and than again sub category item(every kind of ccategory will have her own platform in the database for example :Us/N.Y./flat / and than 2 rooms flat .
I WANT THE USER ( not the admin .to be able to search by this categories and sub categroies).
he will have search with some fields (selected options ),because i need to translate to my language (hebrew)i need it to be done in utf-8 including the database installation .

What I need done:
I need a good narration written for my video, English, to go with my music video to make it interesting for the viewer.

The goal is to have 1/2 hour segments of 3 voice lessons given.

What I already have versus what the provider will build:
I have 3 videos DRAFTS already created and need lots of editing yet. I have a couple templates for basic ideas, if needed, and would talk with you about what I am trying to do, which is take a theme/content/aspect of the coaching and use it in all 3 students.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
You will need to know how to gracefully transition the wording from concept to concept without losing the viewer/listener. This narration will need to be written for a narrator to read for the final video creation, for smooth transitioning.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
Obviously, you need to have expertise in creating a written narration that would go with a video product. Any kind of video creation experience/ideas would be excellent.

Timeframe for delivery:
Two weeks, if possible.

There will be two types of logins, admin and user.
