I need top listing for a few keywords on Google. There are very few competitors for these keywords in a way. You will see what I mean once I show you the keywords. I rank #2 for several of the keywords, but need to be #1.

If you can guarantee me success, then you will get hired. I need to know what you plan on doing to make this happen. I can’t get kicked out of Google because you choose to use black hat methods. I need all white hat methods.

I am looking for 10,000 Facebook fans for my fan page.

fan requirements:

1) they must be real people (no fake accounts)
2) must have 50+ friends and 4 photos
3) between ages 18 and 45.
4) should have regular or semi-regular status updates, i.e. not more than 2 weeks old.

I will pay 30 days after project delivery, only for those fans that remain active after 30 days. any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. no black hat methods for inviting fans, i.e. facebook account must not be banned/suspended, or get any warnings for your actions. i will not pay if this happens. i’d also like to know your plan for converting people into fans.

Potential more work available if you can achieve this goal.

What is your estimated “delivery” time?

I have 2 sites that need the function to search and display all records within a certain distance of a postcode/zip code. The sites are php/MySql

I want this search function coding as follows

1 select postcode from drop menu
2 select distance from drop menu ( any distance, 5,10,20,30,40,50,100, 200, 300)
3 Search
4 display results with recordcount etc to go into existing site code

I would like the option of the first field to be an input field rather than a drop menu – so the the user keys in the postcode / Zip – Please quote this separately if it is a lot of extra work.

This is needed for 2 sites I’m working on for the UK market
I have 27000 UK postcodes all with nearest town, nearest city, County, Latitude and Longitude
I would be interested if you have options for the same for the USA or europe

There are two bugs that need fixing and a function that needs checking.

BUG 1. Email broadcasting function allegedly doesn’t work
BUG 2. Unsubscribe links in emails allegedly doesn’t work

Both of these need to be fixed.

FUNCTION CHECK: the membership function of the script (allowing other people to have their own accounts – PayPal handling payments) needs to be checked that it’s working.

Down the line more features and functions are planned to be added, so please bear this in mind when quoting.
