Need Linux Mysql Network System Administrator – Hourly Rate

We recently moved one of our high traffic Joomla sites to a quad-core server with 4G RAM, and we have moved 80% of our traffic to non-SQL static HTML pages, but we are still getting “cannot connect to MySQL” and “server not found errors” during peak times, a problem that we were experiencing with less than half of the horsepower. The site gets about 300-500K page views per day.

We need a Linux Network Administrator who knows what they are doing and can help us get our site to maximum efficiency, someone who also knows MySQL.

Please bid ONE HOUR of your time. You MUST be available for a teleconference. Please list your server training and expertise. I am REALLY tired of people who THINK they know what they are doing, but they are really just hackers. We have two network admins who know how to do normal stuff, but are confounded by these high-demand needs, and I am tired of hearing buy more servers when it is clear that they have NO CLUE how to optimize the servers that we already have.

Project Requirements:

Produce a very simple .html file that does 2 things:

1) Trigger Google Analytics code to record visitor statistics
2) Implements a delayed (300-500ms) Javascript redirect. The purpose of the redirect is to ensure GA code has enough time to trigger its pixel beacon before visitor is redirected
3) Redirects non-Javascript visitors using <meta refresh> tag

I already have an attempted implementation but there’s some kind of a bug in it. The attempted implementation is attached.

You are expected to thoroughly test the final product before delivery.

Web Site And Logo

I’m looking to have a web site designed for a Security Business. The name of the Business is Overwatch Services, LLC. ( doing business as: Overwatch Services, Overwatch Security Services, Overwatch Investigative Services, Overwatch Security Consultants, Overwatch Executive Protection )Providing security for Computer Networks, Premises, and Individuals. The site must be scalable. As we grow and expand so will the web site. Initially, The web page should have general information about the company, I would like drop down tabs and a data base componient that allows me to accept data such as resumes and contact info.

I want to own the rights to the website and its contents.

Additionally, I need someone to design a logo to fit the theme or title of Overwatch Services. Again I want to own all rights to the logo, Copywright, etc.

I have already purchased or reserved domain names.
