Install WordPress Theme

I require a couple of things:
* slicing and html of frontpage (see attached jpg).
* implement and setup wordpress (based on a theme) for subpages
* Only consideration between the fp and subpages is to keep the nav and logo consistent. Besides that, the subpage is just a straight theme install. very simple…
Timeline: Max 3-4 days after bid awarded. Preference for those who can complete within a day.

Please note the frontpage design is different from the standard coffeebreak frontpage. For this reason, to keep things simple you DO NOT have to implement the frontpage as part of the wordpress.
