Accent Insensitive Searchmysql
Hello;
I have a search engine installed in my portuguese website, but I have serious problems with accented words. These words are in my mysql database. I want someone to modify my current script in order to when I seach the word Jose I got as results the words Jose and José.

éê=e
ç=c
ú=u
óô=o
Note that all words submited to the search box dont have accents, but in the database there are the same words, accented and non accented;
My database collation is: latin1_swedish_ci
Char set in my pages: charset=iso-8859-1
I will send my current script to the interested programmer and we will work together.
