Iem Behaviour Change Rqst.
Hello
As default setup, IEM does not send same campaign more than once to same e-mail.
What is needed here is modification of configuration file and/or code to make able
to turn on and off this default unique e-mail sending behaviour, in order determined
campaign can be sent many times to same e-mail.
Note: this “switch” must be able to be activated and deactivated in a per IEM user basis.
