we have an existing site coded in php where we would like to add the following functionality to it.
Scope
Site Registry – http://www.onlytakes1.org/violet_registry_wall_posting.php
3 levels of posting options with radial buttons (see attached pdf)
-Once level is selected form fields appear
-4 searchable posting options from drop down to refresh Wall listings
-10 viewable postings
-Standard confirmation/thank you page
ZIP code directory search (google maps API) – Based on current listings in MYSQL Database (in the upper right hand part of the site header, use the zip code 60601 to perform a search)
-Based on ZIP code and surrounding radius to be defined
-4 default listing no matter the ZIP code (supply default listings)
-Showcase results on page based on current site
-Title of resource should be in bold <b>
-Link to the Google Map for each result to appear within each search result listing
-Admin database backend to add resources
-Registry Wall
