Bed&breakfast Clone
I need a working clone based on bedandbreakfast(dot)com. I only need th US on the map page / bedandbreakfast(dot)com/usa.html / no foreign countries. Basic online reservsation system with paypal and 2CO payment support. Must have property owner login to update photos/fees/location/etc. Page should have CMS template updatable internally through backend admin. Support for unlimited US properties.No need for the inns for sale, gift cards, trip planner, or innkeepers areas. Basically home page and map page with backend administration for property owners, administrator, and billing. Must be able to store rent agreement and upload photo of drivers license for security and allow online digital signature of contract. Must have ability through CMS to add advertising and multiple pages at a later date. Should be a simple job and may be a customized script already in use.
