Vendor Database And Form 2
Need 2 forms and a vendor database.

First form to input vendor and admin data, activate/inactivate vendors and export.

Form must be for vendors to register their business:
1. password protected.
2. must contain contact info and image, areas of specialization (may be multiple), and category.
3. use captcha.
4. an email must be sent to the admin on the site. upon approval, they are included in the search capability.

Second form to search database for above approved vendors based on location and areas. Then display the data.
1. user will be able to search for vendors based on location field, area of specialization.

Need to be able to show examples of similar work.
