Ecommerce Web Application
I am looking for a Java / PHP / RoR programmer. This web application is for listing and selling tax certificates with the back end database in MySQL. In the first phase, i am looking for a simple application with the following features:
* User registration
* Certificates listing with database.
* Integrating the certificates id with the county website for search capability
* Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin integration
* Zillow site short cuts for further research.
* User forum application.
